Pros: "I liked that on the longest leg of my trip - I had an entire row to myself to stretch out. Im old, things like that are important...along with compression socks...haha!"

Cons: "4 hrs delay due to failure of Singapore Airlines to have a working plane on site at the appointed time. Even worse: chaotic deplaning with one crew member telling passengers to deplane and another yelling at them in the bridge for doing so. A mess of lines trying to get a new boarding pass for a rebooked missed connection—at the front of the line the agent said oh, you need to wait in this other line. Agents had no clue where to direct passengers and gave incorrect directions that necessitated more waiting. No updates to new flight time in the business class lounge. Once the flight was in the air, service was terrible. Attendants would ask for orders, then never bring them or bring the wrong thing."

Pros: "comfort, food, flatbed, movie choice. a quality aircraft, that is why i choose Singapore. i fly to Europe every year, and have flown with many different carriers, so i speak from experience when I say I prefer to fly Singapore as they are number one."

Cons: "Qatar counter check asked how long I will be staying in Ho Chi Minh, even though my visa expired in 2022! Surprise and they are aware of my ticket with a return in Thi September. Then I was asked for how long I will stay is not of Qatar concern. Too much of concern!"
Cons: "I am an Emirates skywards member and I was placed in the middle seat when my preference on Emirates and Kayak is an aisle seat. After boarding it was explained to me that I couldn’t move to an aisle seat even though more than one seat was available. I asked to pay or to use miles I have accrued."

I opted for the brisket and it was decent but not actually worth finishing. It was too fatty and strange tasting. Boarding in Sydney needs much improved screens and communication."
Pros: "Latam could not issue a boarding pass at Santiago. This led to long waiting at Brazilian immigration checkpoint. Not having a Visa kept me.from entering the immigration and security wont let me in without a boarding pass. security supervisor had to contact Emirates ground staff who escorted me."

Cons: "Boarding took very long and seating was very weird. A lot of people including me were moved around multiple times due to seating problems. Apparently there was no sync between the staff itself and everyone was trying to solve this problem in their own way. However the good part was that they were at least trying to solve the problem! Flight was delayed by about 30 mins due to this chaos."

Seats are too tight and tiny, very uncomfortable, staff not interacting or smiling, food was disgusting and tasteless, the aircraft seemed old and was so incredibly noisy the whole trip, and the ventilation was too bad the smell was just old and rusty."

This meant that, despite having booked months before and making numerous attempts to complete web check in, my wife and I would have been placed in the centre two seats of a block of 4 seats. The check in process makes Ryanair look excellent!"

Pros: "Good sized seats and new aircraft, AUD airport is very pleasant and customer friendly. The vegetarian snack sandwiches are very delicious. I wish if they could offer them in every meal and to toddler passengers."
Cons: "I buzzed the light for service 3 times and not once did the attendant come and check on my needs. Our attendant was not customer friendly- infact I don’t recall her smiling once throughout the 13 hour journey. Overheard her being stern and rude with other passengers. I specifically asked the crew to deliver my stroller in AUD for transit since we were flying the next day and they didn’t fulfill our request. Luckily AUD airport has strollers so we used one and took it to our hotel. The fact that Etihad doesn’t provide hotel accommodation for 14 hour transits is beyond ridiculous. Really disappointed in this lack of arrangement for long haul flights."

The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.

Cons: "Flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours due to a cargo loading issue in Mombasa. Communication from Ethiopian Airlines staff regarding the issue & delay was very poor. Passengers were becoming very anxious and tense regarding the flight, if it would depart, and the safety of the plane. Improved communication from the Ethiopian Airline staff would have gone a long way to calming the situation and reassuring passengers."

Cons: "The rest: even mediocre fast food would have been better. The starter was some chewy rosebeef, the main where soggy chicken nuggets. The butter served was rancid! Gross. Also big difference between the older and newest 787! This was the older☹️. Ground crew unhelpful."
