Pros: "This was the second leg of flight from Gatwick, short stay at St Lucia, only a short flight, didn't leave the plane there so boarding and food comments don't really apply to this flight. Crew changed over here - new crew as good as first leg, excellent, never had problems with this on BA."
Cons: "Entertainment poor, limited choice and mediocre screens. Is the Boeing 777 fleet due a refurb? If so, don't spoil the seats and legroom, but do update the in-flight entertainment system!"

Pros: "Despite having a delay in Denver, we were able to arrive on time. The crew was very friendly in greeting us as we boarded the plane"
Cons: "The boarding process was hampered by too many people putting too much carry on luggage in the overhead bins. Many put things in the overhead bins that could have been put under the seat. It didn’t seem like the crew was paying too much attention to this. In general the crew was pleasant, but there didn’t appear to be much sincerity in the pleasantries."

Cons: "We couldn’t get on the flight. We arrived late because of an earlier flight but were at the ticket area before this flight even started boarding. Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Cons: "Flight delayed for 2 hours at the gate. Crew clueless about how to serve the food. Poor old BA. I remember them when they were good!"

Cons: "the Gateway was broken, so we waited and waited to deplane. Then it worked, and we still waited. We were miles from the main terminals—and about the only plane in the back and beyond. So we had to board a bus. All in it took us an hour to get off the plane and to the terminal."

Pros: "British Airways may be one of my favorite companies I've flown so far. Counter check-in and baggage drop off was friendly and efficient, and was absolutely the easiest I've had in my recent two week travels (where I sadly used 5 different airlines for 7 different flights), if not my overall lifetime of traveling abroad. The crew was friendly, helpful and it was easy to ask them questions. For both the price and the ease of service I would absolutely recommend them again to anyone I know."

Cons: "The way that my brand new suitcase was damaged on the flight and BA just said that handles are excluded from bag damage. Thus, they can do what ever they want with your bag's handles, manhandle it and not take any responsibility. My suitcase was clearly damaged by the way it was handled since i booked it in till i received it again and they just said sorry...there is nothing we can do for you!!! Now that is is poor customer service."

Cons: "We booked seats in row 30, and your seat plan showed more than 30 rows, i think it was 36, but we landed up at the back against the toilets would never have booked if aware there were only 30 rows, and to top it by the time sandwiches got to us only wraps lef, not happy at all"

Cons: "Seats are ridiculously small! I'm only 5'11" and could barely fit. I can't imagine what it's like for a taller man. It's also the first time I ever broke into a sweat on a flight. There are no overhead vents! Complaints to the staff were met with a surly reply that nothing could be done. Food was inedible. Movies were ok but they put the box for the equipment under the seat in front of you! What little space we have for our feet is now taken up by the entertainment equipment!! I've had much better experiences on discount regional airlines than on this trans-Atlantic "premium" carrier."

Cons: "We did on line check in, printed the tiket, and they decided to reprint it, and it never work, every time that we used this re-printed ticket doesn't work, we needed to call many time the staff, and in the baggage drop off constantly said that our baggage hast over weigth without weigth it, the scale said another thing, I have the impresion that they were pushing for extra-weigth pay."

Cons: "The whole flight was boring, no entertainment. Seats are not comfortable, they use very horrable water to make tea... I wish I didn't pay for it but I you have to buy what you eat, that's not nice on a commercial airline"

Cons: "So, the flight to Frankfurt never happened because of whatever happened with British Airways on 05/27/2017. We waited without information in the airport for over 6 hours and then were told to exit after which it took another 3 to 4 hours to get out of the airport. We were told to find a hotel with no help or voucher - nothing was showing available under $1000 a night, save our receipts for any food we might have, rebook our flight. As we were leaving the airport, we were given water, nothing before that. We received information as we were leaving the airport about our rights for recompense. Fortunately, a Heathrow staff member helped us with finding a hotel that cost about $400. We never were able to get to Frankfurt to see our family there and had to book train tickets to Paris to meet our hotel reservation there two days later. It was a bad situation, handled in a way that caused confusion, fear and unhealthy situations of standing for long periods and I will not be doing business with British Airways in future."

Cons: "We purchased two tickets together but were assigned seats far apart. We couldn't check in using on-line app. It wanted Visa information for USA travel even though we are US citizens, all info was entered into our flight, and we had already flown the outbound leg. The partner airline for the first leg checked us in, noted that our seats were separate and said they unable to change it. We called BA customer service - they were unable to change our seats. On arrival at Heathrow there was a huge wait at the BA processing center, when we finally presented our boarding passes and asked for a change the representative told us there was no time and we should run to our gate. I sat next to two people traveling solo so sitting together was obviously no problem Seating people on a combined booking separately, and never finding a solution other than "run to your gate, we are really behind" is verging on terrible customer service."
