The crew on board were all very pleasant and happy to help. The flight had the old business class seats. The departure board in the business lounge did not update and kept on saying ' gate open' but never said boarding. When I got nervous about the departure time and walked to the gate I was told off rudely for being late.

Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.

Awful flight. My pre-booked seat was given to a crew member and I was substituted with an awful seat next to the toilet. When I asked about it I was treated with contempt for daring to ask. Par for the course on BA at present.

Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class

If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.

Chaotic boarding at JNB, last minute gate change with no announcements.

I was boarded a hour and half late and then sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before the flight took off. Many other passengers missed their connecting flight, I was lucky that my connecting flight was also delayed so I was able to make it to the next terminal and through security to board my flight to Copenhagen. It was very stressful traveling on an 10+ hour flight worrying that I was not going to make my connection.
