There was no entertainment, but that is not expected on a flight less than 2 1/2 hours. Uber clean aircraft, good boxed meal and friendly flight attendants. Very please with the experience
The check-in line was long and people were put in front of me in the line even after I said I had checked in online. It took me an hour to finally get my documents checked and drop my suitcase. It was horrible!
Pros: "The crew was mazing and the seats are so comfortable."
Cons: "To me everything was excellent from the captain to the flight attendants i was impressed i have been to all domestic flights but Airlink is the best and after yesterday flight i decided that Airlink is the one for me onwards. The only thing i can suggest is the points program then the sky will be the limit for you. Keep up the good work guys BIG UP."
Pros: "It's a shorter flight so, no IFE. The front row of the business section was nice. I'm glad that reserving those seats worked out for this flight, although it didn't on all the other flights."

Cons: "Security of our baggage should be better. And if you cannot fit the standard carry on bags, then please say so when people make their booking so that they can pack accordingly and do not bring carry on bags that they have to give up at the last minute. it is impossible to remove items last minute."
Cons: "Delayed flight with close connecting flight and none of the flight or ground crew were able to communicate with the connecting flight gate agents. No priority for deplaning and tarmac shuttle was given to those with close connecting flight. Had to sprint through airport and barely made connection."

Was so glad the the captain kept the air. It’s usually suffocating in there.

Cons: "The plane is old, tatty and dirty. There is no entertainment. The airport transfer is very very shoddy."
Pros: "I liked they’re fury free in flight shopping, very nice affordable pieces of jewelry and perfumes"
Cons: "They weighed my carryon! I haven’t seen any other airline do that before. I flew with them 3 times this year, 13 hour each flight and the entertainment was not the best. They didn’t have enough current movies or tv shows. The food was bland. Coffee cups were plastic and it burnt my finger."
Pros: "The flight from Newark to Abidjan was pretty comfortable and smooth"
Cons: "Once in Abidjan, it became a mess. First we were left waiting for over an hour without any explanation. Then we were told that we had to retrieve our baggage and then recheck them. Hardly anyone spoke English so that was a long and confusing ordeal."
Pros: "Ease to select seats on line The flight was a little delayed but they got me to my connecting flight on time at Addis Ababa. Good on board service"

Cons: "This was probably the worst boarding I have ever seen. They called the Paris flight while people were still boarding for Frankfurt. It was chaotic, with people struggling to find which line to be in. There was no visible guidance from Ethiopian ground crew. Eventually got in line. One guy checking boarding passes for both business and economy. Very slow with again no crowd control. Children were not given priority. Eventually many people went through business queue while others had been waiting in economy. Ground staff were standing around watching and not helping or communicating. Poor show from Ethiopian!"

Cons: "Flight take off was delayed aprox 40mnts & pilot’s language and message was not clear why we are still grounding !"
Pros: "It’s acctually the second time , just last week 23rd , our flight with delta got delayed that made us missed our connecting flight and I had to pass through Nairobi, female crew serving snacks came over to me with snacks and told me I ordered low fat food which I did and I asked her if it was ok if I had chicken that day she insisted that had ordered low fat mean and that’s what she has to serve me and I had to tell her again I needed chicken, she started arguing with me over snacks she got offended and she just threw food in my hand almost dropped to the floor , I think that was not professional at all. And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks ."

Cons: "Flight was 4 hours late making for a tight connection in Nairobi and our luggage not making the connection! No matter how good your service, if you don’t get the luggage through, you fail!"

Pros: "Both segmrnts left on time. The on- flight crew were pleasant. The 787 on first flight comfortable in biz class for a nap. Food service well carried out by crew."
Cons: "The 737 on second flight ....the long overnight one... Was very uncomfortable in biz class. On arrival in Nairobi...the hub city...there was no staff. A.c. no working or escalator in airport. Biz line for security not open. Food below average. No breakfast as we one meal."
