Delta 1st class was really good

They canceled the whole flight because of a warning light! Everyone had to spend another night because they did not stock a simple part. Then the staff timed out and had to take a break. Ridiculous

When I came to Mexico, the flying from Minneapolis - Houston was good Delta keep everyone social distance. The flight from AMS to Moscow was missed. - We spent 2h in a linewaiting for the service desk to rebook the tickets - Then, we spend more than an hour to get the hotel - Then waiting for the shuttle another 30 minutes Unexpectedly poor and slow service. The next working day is ruined with the flight in the middle

I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

Delayed six times plus one gate change. Charlotte airport was almost gridlocked with people, and not a place to sit. Not good when you are delayed for three hours.

The gate agent (when I got off my flight from Lexington to Charlotte) had dismissed the person who was supposed to wheelchair me to the next gate I waited 10 minutes for her to call for another wheelchair assistant After 25 minutes of saving I ask her to call again as no one had shown up She was too busy talking to a friend and then left and went up to check on the next flight while I sat there I personally flag down three people asking for assistance Finally one of them told me that a person with a clipboard type device would be the one to help me I explained I had had nothing to eat in Lexington my way there because the restaurant closed due to some kind of flooding or other plumbing problem before my order could be brought to me I saw a person with a clip for type of device is actually help me get to the restaurant where I waited in line to get a table This person stayed with me as long as she could before she was called to assist another customer I was able to get something to eat then had to walk to my fly and barely made it onto the flight I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this situation I have a new knee and was in a lot of pain and was hungry I would like someone from American to contact me and indicate what Itgey will do id to compensate me for my time, trouble, and inconvenience as well as pain in his poor treatment of a customer

In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

Considering I cancelled the flight 2 months ago -- I would have to say the communication was poor -- since I continue to received updates. I say poor since Kayak seems not to want to respond to me to reschedule a flight -- they hold my voucher -- so I can not do it on my own --

Cons: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"

Cons: "There was an abusive passenger sitting behind me that kicked my chair the entire flight. They were angry that they didn't have more space and that I wanted to have my seat back. I offered to put it up during meal times to make sure they had enough space but that wasn't good enough. The crew knew what was happening and tried to get the other passenger to stop but the passenger persisted. The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

Cons: "Portion of food for dinner inadequate. Offered chicken and pasta but ran out of pasta. The man next to me wanted pasta but got chicken. The woman in front of me however got pasta even though she was told there was no pasta. She insisted she could not eat chicken. The flight attendant able to come up with pasta however. Most of the entrainment screen around me on the flight not working. Some however came on later in the flight."

Cons: "As soon as i got to the check in window i was informed my flight was delayed and I had planned everything to be on time and since my flight was one hour late it kind messed things up a little bit. It seems that british airlines had a delay on purpose just to have a full flight, i wanted to change seats im a skinny guy and i was seated between TWO BIG people my elbows had to be tucked in all the time"

Pros: "I flew economy. I was happy that I didn't feel tightly confined in my seat. I'm 5ft. 11 in. tall and had enough legroom so that me knees didn't get pressed up against the seat in front of me. I had the vegan meal and it was good! The staff on board were friendly and professional even when a customer a few rows ahead argued with them! They were able to hear the man out and resolve the problem amicably."
Pros: "We fly a lot, over 20 flights last year. I was very disappointed in this flight. No water was offered during the entire flight (2 and 1/2 hrs). We had to track down a steward to buy a bottle of water and some lunch. At checkin I was told my new suitcase, a Travel pro carryon was too big to take on. As we boarded I saw many people with bigger carryons. Who makes these rules so inconsistently? On the positive side, we had very comfortable seats, but I did pay extra for them!!"

Yes a kind steward let me supplied with tap water, but I find it appalling that the corporate office does. It consider customers health important."

Terrible!!! My 1hr connection turned to 11 mins and the gate agent closed the flight so I missed it. Thankfully the kind agent to a Rochester flight, leaving 20 mins later got me on that flight. The airlines need to do a better managing this in this environment where flights are reduced and fewer options. They know we are coming and holding a flight for 5 mins especially when it is the last flight of the day to a destination.

90 min delay. No reason. Missed 2 flight from IAH to SFO. Had to spend night on my own money. No lounge open for early morning

Cons: "Service was surprisingly lacking for first class. No refreshments offered prior to takeoff. Dinner was mediocre, what you would get in economy. Beverage served was a glass of wine and small bottle of water and that was it for the entire flight. On an earlier flight in economy, there were two times we were served refreshments. No one bothered to collect my empty water bottle the entire flight. And this is first class ??"

It wasn’t a problem for me but if you only have a Visa debit card and want to pay for checked bags online, this is not possible to do online prior to checking in. You also can’t check in to your flight as you would normally, you get the last available seats and have to pay for any seat changes. All in all, I’d still book through Kayak but I’d make sure that the flight I booked was through the company that operates the flights. It’s will give you more options when checking in to the flight."

(she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel."

Boarding process overly confusing; used boarding group method usually used for general seating flights even though we had assigned seats. They could have filled up the back of the plane first boarding by row numbers, for example. Boarding group signs caused confusion for everyone; they were angled to the right, but had small arrows pointing to the left where we were supposed to line up, all passengers were asking other passengers for help as to where they were supposed to be. Very long boarding wait added to confusion."
