Cons: "It was a fine flight but let me talk about boarding in general. After your special groups seems like you should load back of plane first? Window seats first? Boarding is a series of hurry up and wait experiences. I do not like feeling like cattle waiting in gate ramp or walk then in aisles. Must be better way. Please don't let people bring on 3 personal items and carryon. Make them check carryon or?"

Cons: "Except for this one male crew, the Asian women were mean/rude. I always try to fly with ANA or JAL to Hawaii and I thought my flight back was also ANA, but it was UA. Food and crew are ALWAYS better with ANA and JAL I wonder if UA crew have ever flown with ANA or JAL..."

Seats were uncomfortable knees felt cramped up smelled funny could not sleep, because the seats were not comfortable we sat at the gate for too long we took off late why didnt we de-ice beforehand? I dont understand why they say "we need to check your bags" when there is plenty of overhead space. It's stupid"

Now I have wasted PTO time that I can't get back and wasted money at our resort that I wasn't able to get back. One of the agents at Bradley International Airport Sammy put her hands on my friend and screamed in her face USING FOUL LANGUAGE with a line full of people and their children waiting to check in. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. We did get police and management involved. The overall experience was terrible."

Cons: "My flight ended up being canceled due to weather which was understandable. I explained to the attendant at the counter that I had to get to Denver because I had my brother who is a minor meeting me at the airport in Denver and I did not want him alone by himself in a place he'd never been. when trying to reschedule my flight at the counter the attendant was rude and told me I had to call united myself to reschedule my flight. I was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes just to be told there was nothing they could do to help me. They said they had one flight leaving the next morning to denver but it was completely full. Which defeated the purpose because I was going to have to fly back home the following Sunday. So I stuck around and tryed to find a flight to Denver and I over heard the couter attendant book another customer to Denver for that evening when I was told I had to call united myself and pretty much was told I could not be helped. I ended up having to pay another airline 538 dollars to fly my brother to Tulsa instead so he wouldn't be stranded in Denver because I wouldn't get there till the following day. I'm very disappointed in united and there lack of customer service. I especially don't like being told I can't be helped when the attendant at the ticket counter clearly helped someone else. I am so disappointed in my experience with united and will never fly with them again."

After placing several calls prior to my departure date to confirm that my 40 inch TV was ok for transportation , it wasn't until I got to the airport to find out that I was unable to take the TV or the TV stand.. I live in Philadelphia and had nowhere to leave it causing me to give it to a stranger in order to make my flight . I am very distraught that the information indicating there was an embargo restricting the transportatione of TV greater 32 inches or boxes to Montego Bay was not given during any of those calls.. I don't understand why that information was not sent in an email prior.. On top of that I placed a call to customs in Montego Bay and was adviced that the embargo is enforced by the airline not customs... If I could some how get some answers regarding this I would appreciate it..."

Had to ask 3 different gates which way do I go because I cant hear and I was upset because I thought I wouldn't make my flight. My wife made sure that they put on my information in the system that they would help me, but I guess it doesn't work like that. In future I will make different arrangement so that I can get the help I need."

Cons: "A miserable 13 hour flight. The wifi did not work the entire trip and the movies shown on the large screens kept "skipping" as well. There were no screens on the seat backs to watch movies. (And since wi fi wasn't working I couldn't watch movies on iPad either.). The food was overcooked and inedible."
Pros: "Got me safely to my destination. Other passengers were friendly and helpful. Sf and Vic airports nice. flight attendants passably pleasant. No food that I was aware of. Entertainment at least there was a wifi option since there were no screens."
Cons: "Check in agents all might as well have been robots, but with bad attitude. Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight."
