I was not allowed to upgrade with miles whereas others were. That’s a pity

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!

Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer

It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!

The first class experience was great but Frankfurt airport is very confusing. Badly signed all round. Boarding was not pleasant and check in staff was arrogant.

Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice

The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

Singapore Airlines from Mumbai was late, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to Los Angeles. As senior citizens, we should have been given a hotel voucher for a night and fly out the next day. I hope Singapore Airlines should give us a credit in good faith if they want us to fly with them. I doubt it, but you never know.

They bumped us up. They overbooked the flight and we hurried to the next flight. We are a family of 5 with 13, 10 , and 6 year olds kids. Everybody was running to the next flight. We never been exhausted in our flights hust like we have experienced this week. Mismanagement in scoot and kayak.

I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.

Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money.

The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Staff was very friendly. There is no on board entertainment, but it’s such a short flight that it doesn’t matter. We also got a meal which was nice and unexpected due to the length of the flight.

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)
