For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Pros: "Crew was amazing and very helpful"
Cons: "The wheel chairs was a bit scarce so we had to walk far distances at Dubai airport"
Pros: "Excellent crew, who make each person important."
Cons: "Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time."
Cons: "The crew was good, but the attentiveness of the crew on the second leg was amazing"
Pros: "The crew is good."
Cons: "The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"
Cons: "It was my first flight ever. So it was perfect thank you Emirates"
Pros: "The crew helped us move into a row that had an extra seat thus making the journey for us and our neighbours comfortable."
Cons: "More food service would be helpful. There were limited snacks(mostly containing chocolate or candy - which I did not prefer) and only bananas as fruit. Could have used oranges or apples for the kids."
Pros: "Since not enough room in "What could have been better". For as long as my second flight was, from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal!!! Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."
Cons: "Check the head phone sets have both speakers working. I had to ask for a different set which was fine"
Pros: "Boarding and Crew are excellent. That's why i prefer to fly with Emirates. Toilets are clean"
Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"
Pros: "Great organization, very efficient"
Cons: "Bag fees were not made clear on Kayak or Swiss website, seats on Edelweiss A320 we’re spaced too close together for my legs, though was not a problem on the 777."
Cons: "I never made it on the flight. It was over booked, they switched me over... I'm still at the airport, missing two days of my vacation. Flights have been delayed from SFO, causing me to miss so many of the connecting flights..."
Pros: "The approach into Venice airport was to the NE so the flight path gave a perfect areal tour of venice out the right side of the plane."
Pros: "Even though we flew through turbulances the crew was able to manage their tasks. Plus beautiful stewardess."
Pros: "The crew was great."
Cons: "There was no entertainment on board. I was in the last row, and my seat would not recline, which made the flight less than comfortable."
Pros: "Flight was very smooth and on schedule."
Cons: "Seating in economy was very cramped (pitch felt like 77”) and food and entertainment nothing special. Somehow I had higher expectations for comfort and service, even in economy."
Pros: "Smooth ride, most of the crew was very welcoming"
Cons: "Some crew not so friendly. I was surprised we received dinner immediately but nothing again until breakfast box upon landing. It would’ve been nice to have a snack in between"
Cons: "We didn’t make it to Venice due to delays because Boston wasn’t ready for a snowstorm."
Pros: "Swiss took care of arranging hotel for us and substitution flight."
Cons: "Missed connection flight because of delay"
Pros: "Excellent service all around and great flight timing with delays and awaiting for transfer flights to land"
Cons: "I travel a least 5 times a year and Kayak is always my option."
Pros: "Outstanding and conscientious crew."
Cons: "Seats continue to get more narrow and rows are moved closer and closer. However, the Turkish Air seats are among the most comfortable, relatively speaking."
Pros: "Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!"
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep"
Cons: "In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited"
Pros: "Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films"
Cons: "Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread)."
Pros: "The only good thing about Turkish Airline was the entertainment, the movie selection was pretty good."
Cons: "I did not like flying with Turkish Airline. Worst experience ever for travel. Kept us on the the plane for hours while fixing the technical issue. The food is disgusting, the crew does not speak very well English. They do not come quick enough when you want something. I would not recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. We had to pay extra for sears that were given, should have been given to us for free considering they treated us badly on our start of the journey."
Pros: "The crew was great and the flight was smooth. The food was also good."
Cons: "The passenger next to me in the middle was hitting his arm rest on my leg and made my flight uncomfortable because he would not sit still. I think crew needs to do a better job of making sure everyone stays seated when the plane is still moving before jumping out of their seats and grabbing their luggage. Passengers should be able to exit out of more than one door same as entering."
Cons: "Had a layover in Toronto. From Toronto we flew to Istanbul and then Venice. While waiting in line to board in Toronto, I was told my carry-on luggage was too big and needed to be put under. I asked MULTIPLE times where my luggage would be- either Istanbul or Venice (final destination) and EVERY time I asked, I was told my luggage would be waiting for me in Venice. Once we arrived in Istanbul I asked AGAIN if my carry-on luggage was here or if it would be in Venice and I was told it would be in Venice. Once we arrived in Venice, my luggage was nowhere to be found. The lost luggage crew (and 90% of the people in Venice) were completely rude and acted like we were a huge inconvenience for them. (I've heard that many Europeans cannot stand Americans, but we were not being rude or obnoxious at all to anyone- we just wanted a quiet, romantic vacation.) So safe to say that it was an extremely rough start. We were in Venice for the Glass Art Society Conference in Murano and due to my luggage being lost, had missed the first day and a half, therefore wasting hundreds of dollars. Luckily my boyfriend's phone worked in order to spend our first two days of vacation (not to mention the amount of money spent on international calling costs) tracking down my luggage, but again dealt with completely rude people who barely helped us with any answers and even hung up on us multiple times (and I'd like to add that despite my frustration, I made sure that I was not speaking rudely one bit). The best answers we received were from the people at the Istanbul airport who told us that Venice received my luggage hours before I even called Istanbul- which I do not understand why the Venice airport did not tell me this because I spent all day speaking with them. Once I called back the Venice airport to confirm what the Istanbul airport told us, they said (once again rudely) that they called me on my phone but did not answer (which I already told them that my phone did not have any service and to call my boyfriend's phone number). So to sum up: I will never be flying to Venice ever again."
Pros: "They try hard and have 90% sorted . Ground crew great checking in easy and planes are modern and comfortable"
Cons: "Food"
Pros: "Aeverthing"
Cons: "There was a long line at the very hot sleeve leading to the aircraft, in Istanbul. If the ground team know that this is the case they should slow down the boarding at the gate. The sleeve at the destination, Venice, was air conditioned"
Pros: "The transfer gates are always further away and there is no staff at the gates to help you. It's always a mad dash to catch your connecting flight. Turkish airport should consider transferring passengers with close connections through a faster line. Also, the security screening between flights doesn't offer any priority for passengers with tight connections"
Cons: "No internet available (2020). For the my previous flight, a month ago, was the same problem."
Cons: "A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great"
Pros: "The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew."
Cons: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"
Pros: "The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment."
Cons: "Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more."
Pros: "The flight crew was so friendly and the food was really good."
Cons: "The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos"
Pros: "The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward."
Cons: "Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)"
Pros: "The crew was nice and helpful (our flight was 2h late so they put us on the one before in business class for us not to miss our connection)"
Cons: "A lot of delays, on both flights. We spent twice as much time waiting than flying."
Pros: "Best airline in the business quick efficient and outstanding service What else can you say"
Pros: "Very good service, teh flight attendants made it as pleasant as possible, plane left on time"
Cons: "tough to sit on a plane for 9.5 hours"

NOthing the flight was cancelled. I had to wait 24 hours for the next flight which then took me to Vienna instead of Tirana, Albania and then I had to wait another 14 hours for the next flight to albania.

Flights have been completely changed with another airlines just a few hours before departure. New trip had a short connection time between flights and separate check-ins were required. The first flight was a bit delayed, so we had to pick up our luggage after the first flight, run to another terminal check in and drop off baggage again. We almost missed the second flight. That was painful!!!

Last minute change of gate happened and I did not get any notifications , rest was good !

There was lengthy delay out of Pittsburgh but we still made it to Toronto with an hour until the connecting flight left. However, we sat on the tarmac for so long -with no explanation from the captain - that we had to run to make the next flight (a long distance). Luckily we made it, but it was only after we boarded that we got word that the flight was delayed due to the number of passengers who were delayed. If we had been told that information as we sat on the tarmac, it would have made a lot of upset and stressed out passengers feel so much better.

Pros: "The crew was Ok except at the beginning when they could help more inside the plane with finding the seating."
Cons: "I missed the plane shopping because i don’t recall seeing the crew after the meal offering it. I heard the announcement at the beginning of the flight so I was looking forward to make purchases. Later when I asked it was already closed."
Pros: "Safety of aircraft"
Cons: "Parents called as soon as the delayed flight caused the young teen to miss her flight, Lufthansa operator verifies only by phone that young teen had a seat in the next flight, UNTRUE! She was ignored at counter, mr. M. Meindle told her to step aside and it was not “worth arguing”! The people she sought direction from, are the ones that left her confused and ignored. Shame on them"
Pros: "The crew was excellent and the seats are v comfortable"
Cons: "I cant really think of anything"
Cons: "Touch screens were not working well. Required multiple hard taps which disturbed the passenger in front."
Pros: "1.5 hour flight, on time and all that one should expect from a good airline."
Cons: "When I booked with kayak I was not given the option for a vegetarian meal, so I was not able to eat a meal. I was sat next to a five year old invading my personal space. When I developed a migraine from lack of sleep, it took 15 minutes before my ring was answered for water."
