Dear Sir, The flight was delayed for 2 hours. After 2 hours the flight was cancelled and KLM was trying to transfer us to another flights. Unfortunately there is no flight to Manchester which led us to cancel our flight booking with KLM and rebook with Qatar airways to catch the flight same day. Regards Amjad Juma

Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.

Within a few hours (and thanks to airline assistance) we were able to locate the suitcase. Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"
Pros: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

The flight itself was fine and the pilots were great. The crew was awful - the purser WOULD NOT SHUT UP, they ran out of food, I would not serve the “beef” dinner option to my dog. The boarding process was a clusterfuck-no announcements were made about boarding groups, and when we did get on the plane, attendants were blocking the aisles taking orders for the premier lounge and not letting the poors get to their seats

Trip delayed 6 hours and no help from united to try to find alternatives.

I understand the economics behind seating on aircraft. United A/L seats are terrible uncomfortable and seating pitch was / is very uncomfortable. I understand there is not much you can do at this point manufacturing is complete, but flying United is very uncomfortable. Mike

There was also a very long delay and my chair would not lean back for 10+hrs. The first seat I sat on did not have a working earphone plug and the next seat I was scolded for being moved there EVEN THOUGH A CREW MEMBER SEATED ME THERE. I then proceeded to change to another seat."

Even the damn Club lounges close. No 24 hour clubs like at other major airports."

Pros: "United Flight cancelled because no available working aircraft. Did not tell us until very late at night. The lines and wait to speak to customer service was extraordinary. Could not get us out until the next day on another airline. They did give us hotel voucher but did not arrive at hotel until after midnight cue to late notice of flight cancellation and long lines at the airport. Sent bag on another flight even though we could not fly out as scheduled. Therefore we were stuck overnight without our luggage, change of clothes, cell phone charger etc... Seems United has these issues more than any other airline. Will avoid flying united in the future"

I couldn't even shut it off. no leg room. all in all, united sucks united charged me extra to get on this flight, then told me they didn't have room for me. they finally got someone to agree to be bumped. I was the last one on the plane, watching everyone else get on. Meanwhile, my alternate flight was leaving at the same time."
