Very good customer services before, & during flight. I will choose it again in the future.

I would not have changed anything… It was a perfect fight

Pros: "We had to come home 2 weeks early due to the virus, and Singapore airlines were brilliant at changing the flights. Even got upgraded to the extra leg room for free"
Cons: "The extra leg room seats were naff, I like getting comfy in a chair and these ones were not. The screen was too far away and the arm rests didn’t move. Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked"
Pros: "The whole Business experience on SQ"
Cons: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."
Pros: "Crews were great. Seats space could be better ... overall caring & attentiveness of crew members make a lot of difference."
Cons: "Food! 40 years ago Singapore Airlines was second to none in my book! Now I feel like I was away somewhere and Singapore Airlines has changed dramatically....Must be a lot of moving pieces have changed that I was wondering again during my journey whether I was really flying Singapore Airlines..."
Cons: "Poor customer service and lack of care for loyal passengers"
Pros: "The crew were excellent"
Cons: "Seats and leg room not as comfortable as older plane. The entertainment system was confusing to use ( again older model) hence not as user friendly."
Cons: "For business class SQ, the crew service was severely sub-par. Seat arrangement same as in bigger 777, so actual space is much shorter and therefore uncomfortable for sleeping and lounging."
Pros: "Ok boarding, plane was new, entertainment system was up to date"
Cons: "Premium economy service is even worse than economy as crew is never around and busy in economy. Seats are bigger but not really comfortable. Food is same as economy. Doesn't worth it to buy premium economy."
Pros: "Crew were really lovely and friendly. A bit of spacee on the plane which always helps"
Cons: "Nothing Better than average flight"
Pros: "Everything about the trip was great excellent customer experience"
Cons: "If I got to sit in first class coz the plane was so empty haha"
Pros: "I like how the crow did help me with my dizziness and provided me with an extra oxygen to breath better."
Cons: "I don’t know, but I always find it difficult with food smells, then make me sick and did today in the flight"
Cons: "No gate for departure or arrival. No business class longe in Cape Town."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Cons: "Houston airport qatar airways check in office has 4 counters and 2 were for people who electronically checked in and they were only a few and other 2 counters were for the huge line. Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Rudeness is a turn off passengers who are tired"
Pros: "Helpful Qatar Airways passenger assistant at check-in."
Cons: "Security check chaos. Obnoxious security woman. BHX strict single bag, 7kg cabin baggage"
Pros: "Boarding process was good. But security check is inconsistent at different locations within the Airport terminal."
Cons: "Poor Seat comfort. Too narrow seats. USB charger were not working. Tamil language movies were very few. Crew was efficient but were not polite and not cordial."
Pros: "Crew and their promptness to assist"
Cons: "Vegetarian food - portion is too little. This has been the third time with Qatar and the food portion are too little."
Pros: "Entertainment is very good"
Cons: "boarding hall was very small, food was below average for Qatar Airways"

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Pros: "Crew was amazing and very helpful"
Cons: "The wheel chairs was a bit scarce so we had to walk far distances at Dubai airport"
Pros: "Excellent crew, who make each person important."
Cons: "Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time."
Cons: "The crew was good, but the attentiveness of the crew on the second leg was amazing"
Pros: "The crew is good."
Cons: "The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"
Cons: "My flight went well as there was no delay and no issues during the very long flight from Nairobi to Washington DC via Dubai."
Cons: "It was my first flight ever. So it was perfect thank you Emirates"
Pros: "Since not enough room in "What could have been better". For as long as my second flight was, from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal!!! Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."
Cons: "Check the head phone sets have both speakers working. I had to ask for a different set which was fine"
Pros: "Crew was amazing. There is always someone from emirates around to help."
Cons: "Little more room on a 14 1/2 hour flight would be nice"
