For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"

I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"
No attention paid to passengers asking for simple things such as water. Only 2 meals throughout a 16-hour flight. Crew Needs to pay better attention to flight attendant call buttons.

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Cons: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."
Cons: "I got in a car accident on the way to the airport for my flight. I went in an ambulance to the ER and had a doctors note that I was safe to fly the next day. When I tried to move my ticket to the next day, with a business class ticket that cost $4000, Turkish airlines wouldn’t do it. They made me pay $3000 to get home . Unbelievable"

Cons: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."
I've never been served three bread courses in a single meal before. Was really impressed by the novelty of that.
