The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.

The plane's pilots, including the captain himself, thanked me for the flight. I know it's just marketing, but it was really nice to see these people. It's a great idea. Airplane food is never "good," but the entire crew and flight organization were top-notch. I really liked Delta, and I think I've traveled all over the world, and that was something new for me. Maybe even the old planes, the B767, but next time I have a choice, Delta will be my first choice. Thank you, a satisfied passenger :)

Communication on the delay, rebooking and how to get a hotel was poor. Mails, airport check-in and transfer desk said different things.

Food was really mediocre for premium economy in comparison to other airlines… the crew was nowhere to be found… 14 hour flight…

Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.

Food wasn’t good but not their fault as I should have pre selected

As a first time flyer with Turkish Airlines. My experience was very good due to the factor that there were to many passengers on the my first flight compared to my connecting flight. However, I know that nothing is perfect and all companies are trying to accommodate their passengers to the best way possible. I will always say, a FEW INCHES will go LONG WAY. That's something all airliners should consider, and not only the money aspect!!! A long time commitment is better than one time service! Thank you

Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

One of the worst days of my in Istanbul very disrespect people they changed my flight 2 times I miss one of my flight from Istanbul to DFW they forsed me to buy another ticket they do not care about customer they take advantage of you. Awful experience in Indigo, check in lines were very long with inadequate staffing. Had to wait in a warm stuffy plane on the tarmac as the flight was delayed.

Turkish Airlines was great. My new layover was over 18 hours due to inclement weather back home in Washington DC and the airlines provided me with a hotel room and dinner voucher during my layover

My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏

It was a good experience - too many times checking at the airport - every time had to remove shoes , belt , laptop etc. that was a bit of exaggerated. The seat had a sharp metal plate -- which torn into my jeans.

The seating area was dirty, and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the flight, which made the environment very uncomfortable for passengers. • Inadequate Service: The overall level of service provided by the staff was unsatisfactory and did not reflect a professional passenger experience. • Baggage Loss: Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage was lost. This is particularly distressing as it has caused significant personal inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. As a frequent traveler, I value reliability and a clean cabin environment. I request that you investigate these matters immediately, provide an update on the status of my missing baggage, and outline how you intend to compensate for these failures in service. I paid for internet that did not work and had to pay more to have it

The crew were amazing. They should improve the inflight entertainment

The crew was unfriendly and very rude to name a few (Helina). I felt unsafe due to most of the cabinets were open while on flight. All in all the flight was ok, but the crew needed more training on customer service most of all for international flights.

The plane was ok, I was in business class and was surprised there were no pods and each seat was right next to another one. That said it was comfortable and the food and coffee were good. Entertainment wise again I was surprised to see only movies and no TV shows. Check-in at Toronto Pearson was an absolute disaster, which was especially disappointing as I was a business class passenger. There was no dedicated staffing for the business counter and four (4) airlines employees assisted one economy class passenger for about 15 minutes when one could have easily assisted me. Overall room for improvement, particularly in the on-ground experience and airplane infrastructure.

The plane was old and the luggage racks above us were visibly shaking during turbulence. Water was dripping on our heads during landing. Our flight was over 2 hours late departing but we were not updated or told what to expect as the screen at the gate continued to read “on time”

It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.

Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.

Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.

Bought a seat in a flight that got changed out so ended up paying for a seat I would have had if I hadn't paid.

Staff was very professional friendly food was okay i used the lufthansa app and it was great told me immediately what gate I should go i would fly with lufthansa anytime

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

We had almost a 6 hr delay, primarily due to weather, the e problem was that they communicated this delay and its length very poorly. The boarding was chaotic - even though they had hours to figure it out! The plane was an old 747 whose touch screens barely worked and there was a faulty USB port under my seat rest (something that wasn't labeled as being there) They organized my delayed luggage well. And I could get updates on the Lufthansa website. My shirt connecting flight charged for everything except water. Coffee was over 3€

Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
