The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.

The worst airline. Cancelled flight 30 min before boarding and rebooked on flight after 3 days.

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

You're like a poor man's Emirates Airlines. The Asian vegetarian food was awful. The entertainment selection was very limited and not contemporary at all. The seats were cramped. There was no plug for charging my phone (I refuse to plug into a USB port - A security risk). The plane itself was aged.

It was okay, no wifi or entertainment real disappointment. Staff onboard not very friendly.

United business class just sucks. There’s no reason to go business class with United. This time there were no screens. Boarding is ridiculous, always. The pull-out table was broken. The female crew members were very nice. The male crew member liked to listen to himself talk on the intercom. And gives his stupid comments on almost anything.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

Delayed flights. Missed connections. Inadequate rebooking timeframes. Incompetent customer service agents. Rather than a 70 minute flight home, I had to drive for 5 hours, arriving home at 4am — epically bad experience with United that I won’t soon forget.

Another late flight from United. We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction.

The flight was good in most all ways. With Lufthansa, we had very concerning experiences before boarding at both ends of the flight. In Chicago on Dec 15, the scene at the gate was chaotic as the airline tried to size every carryon bag with their little box. Mine was about 1/2 inch too big to fit in and they took it, along with my wife's. Rules are rule...but people who did not bother to go through that regimen got on the plane anyway. In Gothenberg on the way back on Dec 27, I received an email offering to take our carryon bags free if we checked them. We chose to do that to avoid the hassle in Chicago. We were told at the ticket counter that since our bags were too heavy...8kg, I think (they have worked on absolutely every flight we have ever taken) that we would need to pay $150 for 2 bags to be checked and that they would not be allowed on the plane unless we removed about 3 kg of luggage. With that, we feel that we had no choice, assuming they would be checked at the gate anyway. Well, we paid $150, there was NO checking at the gate, and people boarded with whatever they brought, just like on a normal flight. In Lufthansa's questionnaire about the flight, I asked for a refund of our $150. I need the help of United in order to be sure that we are reimbursed.

I think it would have been better to get a heads up to download the app before getting on the plane as I only had wifi in the airport and didn’t realize the plane was an older one. Maybe a little more communication before hand would be lovely. The seats as always were crammed and uncomfortable and trying to convince people to spend an extra 150 so that we have an extra foot of leg room was less then ideal.

There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.

Horrible seat allocation. Boarding was slow. Food was average and so was entertainment. The TV terminal didn't work and so had to use remote.

perhaps eye contact with the cabin crew, instead of abruptness and an impatience to serve.

Seated in business class. Bed too hard and no comforter. Way too many seats in business class for number of crew so never felt particularly looked after.

It was a smooth flight. The flight crew was wonderful and friendly.

Boarding ,checking in was easy and quick . Comfort was not good.

Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific
