Swiss Air rescheduled our connecting flight to 7:45 am. Our initial flight didn’t land until 10:20 am. The people at the Swiss Air counter said our flight was canceled. It was not canceled. THANK GOODNESS for United who rescheduled us on a flight the following day. Kayak, I was on hold the night prior to our flight to speak with you about this scheduling nightmare for 2.5 hours before the call was dropped. I did not receive a call back. I am very unhappy with Kayak’s customer service and lack of communication and do not plan to use your business in the future.

She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back."

My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

We were given water only, it will be nice to have a little snack to go with it There was a lot of delays boarding and taking off

Flight was cancelled and rebooked multiple times. I appreciate that Lufthansa organized a hotel stay for our cancelled flight. But now I am flying home on a budget airline. Everything has been very stressful and tiring and not our I anticipated ending my honeymoon

I was sitting next to a coughing sick person so I wanted to cover my beverages and food as soon as possible. My sound on video didn't work all the time. It kept cutting off. Tried my husband's headphones, but didn't help."

My bags were marked with a priority tag, which meant nothing other than my bags being the very last off of the turnstile in San Francisco. One other passage stated that Luftansa does not care abut this aspect of customer service, which is obvious."

There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

I was already a bit sick with a head cold and the heating element was very dry heat.. it made everyone pretty miserable on the flight. I was a bit disappointed to have to be rescheduled off of Lufthansa."

She actually swore at us!! We were only able to rebook by calling the Lufthansa call centre and had to spend a very uncomfortable overnight at the airport without any certainty of when we would fly out. Lufthansa finally got us out on the same flight as booked but 24 hours later. And then, of course, they lost our luggage. Terrible overall experience."

Cons: "After we realized our flight was cancelled we were trying to reach Lufthansa but couldn't for a long time. It was very frustrating. There was nothing we could do on their website either. No alternative flights were offered, no additional information about how and when we can fly home. We had to stay one extra day on Salzburg since this was the only option given to us by Lufthansa when we finally spoke to them the next day. This experience with Lufthansa was absolutely disappointing and we will probably never book with them again."

Seats are too narrow

Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Pros: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."

This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."

When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

I liked nothing about the flight . The business class is a lie . There is no section for business class . It’s just a seat with slightly more leg room . There was no entertainment on flight and food was worst that hospital food . Flight was delayed which made us miss our connecting flight . This would be a one n done flight for me . Will never fly them .

Then after some panic time had passed, the same woman told us she was able to get us on the flight, like she'd done us some massive favor, but that we would not be able to sit together. (We are a husband and wife that were on our honeymoon). Then, once we are finally on this flight, cramped near all these strangers, we both go to find some solace in the on-board entertainment, only to find out, they only offered TWO movies free of charge. Two movies for a 10 hour flight. Seriously??? Then, we were served some on board meals, due to the duration of the flight. The food gave me food poisoning. This was by far the WORST flight experience of my life. We will NEVER be flying air Condor again. Nor, will I be referring this company to anyone."

Cons: "These are the following issues I had leaving Frankfurt: 1. They assigned me a different seat, even though I paid 99 euro to book a specific exit row seat. When I asked an employee at the airport, she told me I can contact Condor for a refund and gave no explanation as to the issue. I ended up showing a flight attendant my proof of purchase and my boarding pass with the exit row seat assignment and he was able to switch my seat. The person who was assigned my seat never paid for it, so he was willing to switch. I find this unacceptable. 2. The boarding process was a nightmare in Frankfurt. While I understand there was enhanced security due to the terrorism in Barcelona, it could have been handled far more efficiently. For instance, because I transferred airports from Barcelona, I needed to go through passport control twice and go through security again before boarding. The problem arose where there were two different lines to process the passports the 2nd time from Condor and when that was complete, to go through security. It was a large waste of time. 3. The flight was full to Austin. As a result, I was required to check my larger carry-on bag. They tried to charge me 75 euro for the second checked bag even though they were forcing me to check it on. Absolutely unacceptable. 4. They charge 8 euro for every movie and tv show available except two movies: Garfield and the last Harry Potter movies and 2 episodes of two tv shows. For an 11 hour flight, this was incredibly disappointing. The movies available were a mix of older and new. There should still be some unpaid entertainment options available in Coach. That's ridiculous."

The German crew was very friendly and efficiant. I was able to change my seat in the pre boarding area which was much appreciated and uncomplicated. They also offered to check in additional carry on items for no cost. On board crew members were amazing, friendly, efficient, vet pleasant experience overall."
Cons: "Service (regarding food, snacks and entertainment) was average. I really missed on board Wifi and internet which is on e of my Top priorities for long international flights. I did not even have a chance to look at the entertainment offers, just listened to music from their library which appeared to be well sized. Food (dinner and breakfast) were average, definitely can't keep up oth other major airlines. There was no "chicken/meat or pasta" option, they only served pasta with marinera sauce for everyone in economy class which was so so....., however, I personally don't judge Airlines on their food, I could not care less and I am not looking for fancy food. Service quality, friendiyness of the crew, safety, airplane statue and reliability are my main points and I definitely think Condor scored great in those categories. I saw there was an option to preorder food choices / wishes prior to departure. I wish they used recyclable dishes (e.g. Like Lufthansa) to minimize trash."
