Seamless fussy free flight. Great service as expected of SIA.

Wouldn’t let us check our stroller and car seat at the gate

Pros: "The service was outstanding! All of the flight attendants were amazing!"
Pros: "the crew is fine. The seat was OK standard."
Cons: "Food was not good on my way back to L.A. Food was no flavor, pork cut up way too big, prefer having small piece of meat soaked up flavor sauce."
Pros: "I didn't like the trip much. After the trip we found out that our body was bitten by fleas. Our body is now full of rashes, every part of my body is so itchy. We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."
Cons: "Please clean better the seats. This is unacceptable, not a good way to start a trip in Japan. We only hope to get better sitting in our last flight with SQ, from Japan to LA."
Pros: "Despite being a very late flight at 11 pm, the crew was courteous but not over the top, when all the passengers wanted to catch some sleep"
Cons: "Lufthansa's short haul slim line seats become uncomfortable after 1.5 hours"
Pros: "Food was pretty good. Loved the Weiss ice cream bars"
Cons: "Most uncomfortable seat ever. Wouldn't recline. TVs small and poor quality. Sound patchy. Not a pleasant flight. Must have been an old plane."
Pros: "Staff were very attentive and checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and ammenities kept spotless."
Pros: "Crew were attentive and courteous, food and beverage choices were great; would definitely fly with SA again."
Cons: "None that I can think of"
Pros: "SQ did a great job again. I plan to fly them in the future."
Cons: "My only criticism is that the flight attendants didn’t pass through the cabin with water during the 9 hour flight."
Pros: "Everything about the trip was great excellent customer experience"
Cons: "If I got to sit in first class coz the plane was so empty haha"
Pros: "I understand why this airline is ranked very high. The food was very good, the seats have more legroom even in coach and the movie selection was good."
Cons: "The plane was about 1/4 full. Not that that's bad I just thought it should be mentioned."
Cons: "No gate for departure or arrival. No business class longe in Cape Town."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. One of the onboarding staff was exceptional. Some onboarding staffs were unfriendly."
Cons: "Not allowing a laptop bag unlike Etihad, Emirates and other airlines was a bummer."
Cons: "Check-in service at Ahmedabad was very bad. The staff there seems to be very disorganized. Took an hour to check-in may be 10-12 passengers ahead of me."
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Pros: "The entertainment was good."
Cons: "The food, while it tasted good, made me a little sick because it’s pretty unhealthy. I am vegan and would have like lower calorie option meals. I tried to find an option on the app to order special meals, but couldn’t. It would be good if Qatar made it easy to order special meals on their app."
Pros: "Qatar Airways could not be described except a FIVE STARS airline. Great hospitality and respectful crew"
Pros: "The crew in the plane was very supportive and assisted us with the baby and have provided all possible comfort"
Cons: "we have booked a wheelchair to carry old grandmother with permanent injured hand and the baby to the plane, and we have confirmed availability of the same by calling QA office in Qatar. However QA did not provide a wheelchair during check-in at Paris Charles de Gaulle for whatever unjustified reason"

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Pros: "Crew was amazing and very helpful"
Cons: "The wheel chairs was a bit scarce so we had to walk far distances at Dubai airport"
Pros: "Excellent crew, who make each person important."
Cons: "Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time."
Cons: "The crew was good, but the attentiveness of the crew on the second leg was amazing"
Pros: "The crew is good."
Cons: "The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"
Cons: "It was my first flight ever. So it was perfect thank you Emirates"
Pros: "Since not enough room in "What could have been better". For as long as my second flight was, from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal!!! Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."
Cons: "Check the head phone sets have both speakers working. I had to ask for a different set which was fine"
Pros: "Boarding and Crew are excellent. That's why i prefer to fly with Emirates. Toilets are clean"
Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"
Cons: "Lap dances. Strippers. Cabin crew in miniskirts snd high heels."
