R7 348 Find cheap flights from Cape Town to Greece

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass

The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.

I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.

Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.

Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

we bought trip insurance from you and could not use it. 'underrated' only return 50 % of trip cost. my doctor told me i have stage 4 cancer and that I might not live till the end of the month..

No entertainment u less you pay. Wish there were some free movies

The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

I staff or crew they were very friendly and humbly, they done theirs service very well, I appreciate them and thank you to the company or Qatar 🇶🇦 Government for providing as good service in their flight ,once again, thank you 😊 🙏 😀 😉 👍

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

My seat that I booked over a year ago and some other passenger was sitting in it. They said they could not walk and they would not move. I was with my young kid and the crew did nothing to accommodate that. Just disappointed that the airline accepts that excuse from a passenger.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

Polite and helpful crew. My son developed fever. Crew members came and gave him medication and also came and enquired about his health several times.

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

The crew was amazing. Super polite and welcoming. Excellent communication and service.

Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.

It was a good experience. With the long layover they provided the TourIstanbul option to have the free sightseeing bus tour - that was a great option to pass the time. Airport at Istanbul is very comfortable and convenient. Flight was comfortable.

Terrible seats are very uncomfortable and narrow. Really hard time eating and painful buttons.. crew was very rud not allow anyone to stand not even to go to the toilets

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice

The cabin crew members were so exceptionally good. They were always respectful to us the passengers and were professional. I also enjoyed the meals.

Customer service and the food was great. If the announcements in English could be said slower for the customer to understand what is being said. Due to ascent, it is difficult to understand. repaeting would help.

Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. Absolutely third world. Unusable. From non-flushing toilets to poor maintenance - missing toilet paper, dirty with mess, etc. Horrifying. Does Ethiopian Airways expect customers to clean the bathroom before use. For sure inconsiderate passengers don't do anything to clear/clean after use.

It might have nothing to do with the airline but the only problem was the long waiting for baggage claim at Entebbe

My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.

I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.

The gate was changed at the very last moment and no one informed us. The flight was one hour late and the screen broken, the remote control not working. One toilet was out of order . the other toilets were also not totally functioning, because the washbasin was plugged and the water couldn't flow away.

The food could be better, the beef was quite tough. The crew were friendly and helpful on this flight, which has not being my experience on other Ethiopian flights.
