Checkin and boarding staff at Delhi Airport is not cooperative with passengers Their behavior very humiliating . They don’t allow Lap top bag and Ladies’ purse/vanity bag which most of the airlines allow besides cabin baggage and check in baggages. They try to charge extra payment on the pretext of small variations which normally other Airlines staff don’t do. Airline staff should be courteous & cooperative but check in staff of Emirates Airline at Delhi was not so at all.

Check-in counter at the airport took more than an hour of standing in queue with online checkin. And after entering the gate the flight delayed more than 30 mins.

The boarding was very chaotic and some airline staff were rude. This needs attending to.

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

I bought Business class ticket but they treated me like economic class. No lounge allowed at check inn I have to take stuff out while other passengers have more than 25 lb in bag. Because I bought tickets from other than airlines . It’s discriminations from airlines to passengers.

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.

After going through security and waiting for the flight at the gate, there was no access to bathrooms and no place to charge a phone while waiting for the flight. But once I was on the plane, everything was very good.

Luggage handling was very very bad. Damaged my new Calvin Klein bag and delayed another. Still did not get it since 2 days. Worst airlines and service.

Not so good. Issues with seat assignments, unruly lines during check-in, half a sandwich on an international flight. I was originally supposed to be on Qatar airways, but it was switched to Indigo after I bought my tickets. They wouldn't even let me get seat assignments from the US to Mumbai. I was automatically assigned seats, and a middle one at that. Terrible.

The seats did not have foot rest. If there is no foot rest you can’t sleep.

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

The airplane from IAD to Istanbul was too old. The chairs were to tight and uncomfortable. I continued my travel from Istanbul to Bangkok. This airplane was better and newer than the first one. Even food was better.

the female flight attendant was racist towards me. I could tell she treated the two other passengers next to me with more softness.

My whole body was paining after such long flight. Seats are small. Leg space is too small. Food is good.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

Check in crew in Charlotte NC was superb. There were 6 of them plus what looked like a supervisor, helping to answer questions and keep things moving. Never saw so many check in crew. Then some of them showed up at the gate later for boarding. Great. The flight was mediocre. The seats were small with little leg room. The screens kept coming on when we were trying to sleep and wouldn’t shut off. I know we paid far less than first class but does that mean we should be shoved in there??

Boarding is as always an issue. Slow and long boarding time.

Flight crew was ok but in terms of child-friendliness, no one beats KLM and even most US carriers are better. Economy class got smaller and smaller over the years but still better than AA or Delta. Food was pretty good and pre-boarding with our infant was available.

Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful

It was good. Nice entertainment selection to keep me busy for the timeframe I wasn't sleeping. Professional, courteous and attentive crew.

Food could have tasted better and had more options - they ran out of vegetarian options. Considering this was business class, I don’t think that’s acceptable.

They lost my bags and I didn't get them for 4 days after. This also happened to about 30 other people on my flight from fra to MAA (I know bc we were all filing claims in line together from the same flight.)

Usually a business class traveller had to do economy this time due to last min travels and no business class ticket available The staff treats u like substandard citizens . Especially to coloured ppl . This would not have been the case if I were back in business or first At Munich I asked if there was an option of upgrade and not for free I would pay but within 30 sec she said the flight is full ..the interesting part is I did not even tell her which segment I am.flying . But seems like she was not interested in talking

Messed about all day by airport staff. BA staff onsite refused to help, while we were with airport police regarding a theft. Had to pay £300 for new flights, and the new flight was 3 hours late leaving. Horrific

Worst trans-Atlantic flight in years! The seats were incredibly tight, both in width and depth. The back selection was so cold, it was like traveling in a refrigerator. Although I had an entire row, the seat arms would not go up, so I could not take advantage of it to sleep. However, the crew was smiling and helpful and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was the worst I have ever experienced on any flight. The PA system blasts announcements to the point of hurting my ears when using the audiovisual equipment. Not safe or sat. Also, I did not like the bait and switch tactic. I put in a search with one bag and the other flights had put that into their price, but BA did not and made me pay extra for it which would have made the price comparable to others. Also, even at check in there was no “choice” of seat, unless you paid extra for it even in the same row. No other airline I have been on does this. Once check in begins, normally, you can choose any unoccupied seat in your category. These tactics and the lack of comfort means I will never fly BA again.

the headphone jack was damaged making it impossible to keep a clear sound. while it is beyond the airline's control how many children are on each flight, it becomes very difficult to enjoy the flight when there are 5 or 6 children all crying and screaming at the same time. I know there is no good solution at the industry level, but I think there are good reasons to try to develop some solutions rather than just say it is the luck of the draw. maybe you could show a seating map where children who are booked are a different color, that would allow us to know what to expect and possibly rebook to a different seat or take a different flight. maybe some of the covid-related ideas about redesigning the cabin for more privacy and hygiene could be further developed and tested. on my leg from London to Washington DC, the passenger next to us was coughing consistently for long periods of time. it was obvious she had been ill and knew it before boarding. this leads me to think we should consider additional screening measures because some of the public is no longer acting responsible or ethical in regards to covid and health protocols. just answering questions on a check-in survey does not seem sufficient to convince people to not fly when they are ill and symptomatic.

Overall, very good. It should be noted however there was a 1.5 hour delayed departure time for BA175.

Chaotic boarding at JNB, last minute gate change with no announcements.

Newer movies. More kids shows. Better food. Crew from Nassau to London was not very nice. No meal, entertainment or reclining seats on 4+ hour flight from London to Cyprus.

Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.

Inflight service could have been better. Overall experience was okay
