I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.

Fresh energetic and friendly crew, great food, brand new plane and non stop entertainment

Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.

No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding

The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Boarding in the bus was slow and extremely hot. The flight attendant in the area of row 21 was extremely rude and had the attitude of not wanting to be at work for the day. Emirates you can do better than this

The plane was very old and uncomfortable. Service was very slow!

Superb check in, lounge, boarding and flight experience. On time departure and before time arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.

The flight attendant was very kind and offered my son a snack for free.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

Horrible! I paid for a straight flight from Chicago to London. A week before trip it changed and now I had a connecting flight. Our flight was delayed an hour and a half because our flight crew was still flying in from CA. Forty passengers ran from one plane to the next. The next United Airlines flight was delayed two to three hours because of mechanical difficulties. They had to ready another plane which took time. I missed my scheduled excursion in London. 😢

Was a good flight , well served by the flight attendants. Boarding went smoothly, flight was smooth.

Flight was delayed by an hour and We had to rush and run so we will make it to our connecting flight! And then when we reached Naples, Italy , our luggages were all DELAYED!!! It was a real inconvenience to us!!

3.5 hour delay known 12-16 hours before departure $15 meal vouchers which did not even cover cost of sandwich. Unable to reach agent for 1.5 hours, only then to be informed any rerouting to my destination would cost an additional $1000. Finally got rebooked on a 7.5 layover in Denver only to find out my original connecting flight was also delayed so I stood by and got on my original connection arriving only 3 hours late instead of 5 hours late. Overall journey was unnecessarily stressful and lenngthy!

Food was very very bad! Same flight from US was amazing with great food but the food prepared for the flight from Cape Town to New York was not eatable. The crew also did not smile once. They all looked like it was a shift they had not signed up for but were forced to take. :(

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours - a big deal on an overnight when you plan to sleep.

Staff very helpful. Seat comfortable. Food generous and pretty good.

The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help

They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.

I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster

was having emergency they keep dalying the flight I miss hull my trip and united airline charges me &100 for bags and I spent more thin $320 at airport for my family and when I get back samthing Daly my flight in muc I lost flight in Chicago I spent another &220 at Germany airport for no reason I should get refunded it’s very hard when total off us 7 people buy food at airport
