The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
No food optional ( they offer just pasta, no second option, the soda without carbonation, I asked for snacks and they said give a minute, I never got it) I believe they (crew) don't care about it (people)
Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

You delayed my trip three days for no reason other than your lack of preparedness, did not offer any compensation, including food or a bed. I couldn’t trust you so I moved up my return flight and lost another day at the end of my trip to hopefully make sure I make my next flight. I will never fly LATAM again. You have the worse accountability and reliability and clearly do not care that your clients have lives and what it cost to fly to another country.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me
On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.
