The hotel is well located in Zwickau close to many bus stops, even though our main means of transportation was by car. Check in / out went smoothly, the room was very big and nicely decorated. I really loved the garden / park view, it is really nice to wake up and to see the nature (instead of more buildings).
Nothing to complain about.

Helpful staff, enough parking places
Wi-Fi is tragic, I was not able to do almost anything. I received room, where entry card not working, I need to return to reception 3 times, until I get another room. Althrough I have dinner in my accomodation, I was in hotel restaurant (italian style) only once - staff speaks only Italian or German, they not understand, menu was only in German language. Food was tasty, but there was communication problems. So, for that money and place, it was not totally worth it.

Receptionist didn't have have information that the dinner was included. At the end, I didn't get the dinner, although I show the confirmation from booking.com. Also, they didn't know how much did I paid.
