Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location with good public transport connections. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, and several appreciated the modern atmosphere and amenities like free water. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality and variety of breakfast, lack of air conditioning in some rooms, and occasional issues with cleanliness and noise. Overall, positive service and location stood out, but breakfast and climate control were notable downsides.
