Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport, restaurants, and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, noting the lack of on-site staff and reliance on self check-in machines, which caused difficulties for some. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms or bathrooms. Noise from the surrounding area was frequently mentioned as a negative, especially for rooms facing the square. Overall, the location was the main highlight, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
