Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's unbeatable central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were consistently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing greatly to guests' positive experiences. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Amenities such as air conditioning, complimentary coffee, and thoughtful extras like earplugs and toiletries were appreciated. However, several guests noted significant noise issues due to the central location and portable air conditioning units, which affected sleep quality for some. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was highly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
