Most guests were highly satisfied with their stay, frequently highlighting the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the excellent and central location close to the beach and promenade, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness and room comfort were also positively mentioned. Some minor drawbacks included the lack of an elevator, occasional noise, and issues with communication in isolated cases, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives.
