Pros (+) The views of the waves and water are terrific. Wifi is ample. Pool area over the top, and great for kiddos. Beach area convenient and great, but beware the waves are overpowering and no good for small kiddos.
Cons (-) The room service food was 1 star awful. The "pizza" was an unappetizing mess. The enchiladas were bad—and this is Mexico!! The buffet options for the all inclusive are good, and that's probably the only pleasant way to go here. The management chooses to nickel and dime guest for drinking water and coffee. The coffee machine in my room had to be replaced twice, staff aren't allowed to give more tha...

Pros (+) beautiful grounds, lovely private beach, excellent service, especially by Tomas. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and take care of us on the beach.
