This hotel never fails to impress me. 5 star service, great locafion in the heart of zermatt, excellent pool and spa facilities and kind and helpful staff. The breakfast room is so pretty and inviting and some the food is top notch for buffet style. You will love Giovanni and his positive attitude and attention to detail to everything and everyone entering his breakfast room.
