Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near ski lifts, the Sunnegga funicular, and the village center, making it ideal for both skiing and exploring. The service was frequently described as kind, attentive, and helpful, with several guests highlighting the staff's friendliness. Cleanliness and modern facilities were also appreciated, as were amenities like the bar and balcony views of the Matterhorn. Some guests noted issues with breakfast variety, room size, and temperature control, but overall, the positive experiences far outweighed the negatives.
