Pros: Perfect location in the heart of Zaragoza. Helpful staff, made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was superb with local and homemade fare. Room good and a lift if required
Cons: Nothing to note but if you arrive by car be aware that central Zaragoza parking is difficult. The hotel has private parking however it is tight if you have a large car
9,6 Excellent
Pros: That the outside window was soundproof. The walking distance to all the sites, shopping and eateries. The room was very clean, bedding was comfy and staff were friendly.
Cons: The dreaded shower curtain, and some noise from downstairs and other rooms.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was a great find in a brilliant location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the brekki was excellent. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: I don’t think I could find anything I didn’t like. If I was being picky maybe the corridors could look better and bedroom furniture could do with replacing. But it’s nothing major.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was located within walking distance to a considerable number of historic sites and galleries . There was also an abundance of Restaurants nearby and it was also about 200m from the plaza de San Pilar
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was excellent.
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff were great. The location was great.
Cons: The room looked like an afterthought. There wasn't even a number plate like the other rooms. It was the smallest closet I've ever stayed in.
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location for downtown and Plaza Mayor. Many good restaurants nearby.
Cons: Long walk to Moorish Castle.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with friendly staff
7,0 Good
Pros: Grea location, clean. New but had charm with it.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old hotel in a nice neighborhood
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is well located in the shopping area and close to the tourist sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to parking and restaurants too. The rooms on the front facing street side don’t have that much noise and view is much more pleasant than the back.
Cons: It’s an old hotel renovated, despite the renovation the AC makes a lot of noise and unluckily on our night it was very windy and we couldn’t open the windows as the noise of the wind was big. Although there is more than one elevator it’s small and if one is not functioning for those that want to take the stairs it’s uncomfortable. Despite having a most wonderful shower head it’s still in a bath tub and glass window is not big enough so water on the floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was better than expected
Cons: Just a bit more floor space. A closer bigger car park.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was elegant and spacious with a nice bathroom, facilities to make a brew in room and it had a fridge. Excellent help getting into hotel and leaving with luggage, we had three small dogs with us so a bit loaded with their beds. All the staff were helpful and fussed the dogs. Park close by to walk pets.
Cons: Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant was not open but we were able to have room service.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional, our room was lovely and the location was excellent. We were treated well from the moment we arrived.
Cons: The we ordered room service and the food was not available that we wanted in the menu. When it finally arrived it was cold and subpar.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Good location a few blocks from the old town. Clean room and hotel. Great shopping and restaurants walking distance
Cons: The room had no view. While the hotel was nice, it felt more like a 3 and a half star then a 5

7,1 Good
Pros: The location.
Cons: The air conditioning in our room was not working, we complained and someone was sent to sort it out but couldn't and that was that. An hour or so later there was water coming through the ceiling just as we were going out to dinner. The management then decided to move us, help was offered but not given neither was any sort of compensation given for the hassle.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good sized room, great breakfast, lovely lobby area. Location was terrific.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Set in the heart of town, all of the points of interest were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, suggesting local cuisine and directing us to the proper times to dine. I recommend the mijas at Migueras about 4 blocks from the hotel. Although it doesn't open for lunch - the major meal of the day - until 1:30.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was a good size and beds were very comfy - excellent bathroom apart from the shower was disappointing with the water pressure. Breakfast was good we did not use the restaurant in the evening as hotel is very close to Zaragoza centre. Only strange thing is that the cafeteria bar is not manned in the evenings so when we came back we could not get a drink initially until the manager eventually brought us some out from the restaurant. Location if you are flying in or out of Zaragoza is superb, it is literally 10 mins from the airport. Very modern hotel which is mainly used by business men
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean rooms and bathroom...comfortable bed!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A typical 4 star conference/business hotel. Very friendly staff. Large, clean bedroom and bathroom. Good dinner and breakfast. Only stayed the one night en route to France. Met our expectations. Excellent underground secure parking - with plenty of room to manoeuvre! That’s a first!
Cons: Nothing that displeased us, but would not call this an hotel suitable for tourists.
9,2 Excellent

Cons: nothing
7,1 Good
Cons: Too much tobacco odor inside the room
6,0 Good
Pros: The room was quite nice
Cons: We arrived a little early after a long journey, couldn’t get into our room. We asked if we could get a drink and a snack, they said no, the bar and cafeteria wouldn’t open until 8 o’clock that evening and they didn’t have any other facilities.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms and hotel architecture are amazing. Location out of city center on quiet place.
Cons: Internet connection unstable and weak signal in rooms. Breakfest had limited choices. Long waiting for warm food.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Our 4th stay in 3 months, en route to Javea. We feel quite at home in this exceptionally well ordered hotel. Great views and location.
Cons: The pool heating needs to be turned up a few degrees. Too cold to enjoy.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Just the breakfast the place is a bit of a rip off for what you get the breakfast buffet though good was expensive no free parking even though it cost us over 168 Euro disgusting I dint recommend this place at all.
Cons: The location the price of everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is so clean , cool and spacious
Cons: The guy in the restaurant for breakfast has no ethics at all and I advised the reception
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very nice.
Cons: Bar closes too early and is perhaps a bit pricey for some things. No bike hire facility or partner. That takes a hit on eco friendly. Need more info on local small restaurants etc.
6,3 Good
Pros: Room size
Cons: Location
7,5 Good
Pros: Restaurant, staff, quality of food excellent, views
Cons: Breakfast could have been better.
7,1 Good
Pros: View from room was amazing, floor to ceiling windows with electric blinds. Bathroom was good, with bath and walk in shower. Good choice at the buffet restaurant for breakfast.
Cons: Location was a bit out of the way, not many-restaurants in the area. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel to break our journey to Spain was because of the swimming pool, thought it would be nice to relax for a few hours. In 35 degree temperature there was very little shade, and very few loungers. Pool was absolutely freezing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and very helpful. The WiFi was available everywhere and is fast enough for all normal personal and business needs.
Cons: Whilst the breakfast buffet has a good choice, we noticed that staff did nor replenish items quickly nor did they ensure that cutlery and condiments are on each table.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Have been here several times before for longer stays to work at customers in the Zaragoza area. As good as always. Will come back. Easy access to motorway north of town. Plenty of space for sports beside Ebro, you will never be alone here. Big pool. Good wifi. Very good dinner restaurant.
Cons: A long walk to visit the city. Better take bus or drive by car. Prices for same room may change day by day during same stay when congress or event in town.

Pros: Great location and room. Friendly staff. Nice Spa.

Pros: good hotel overall, good value
Cons: location is 30-45 mon walk or 10 euro taxi. parking entry is hard to find, should be explained better by hotel staff.

Cons: Not able to eat a meal before 21:00.
7,5 Good
Pros: Only stayed one night but found the hotel very good and we would definitely recommend.
Cons: Swiming pool doesnt open till 9am, which is a bit inconvenient if you like an early morning swim. Car park also takes a little finding.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic. In lovely local suburban neighbour of Zaragoza. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Nothing not to like.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness is fantastic, very modern and comfortable.
Cons: As it was our honeymoon night ( we didn’t book the special offer but the staff or management knew it was our honeymoon) and we didn’t make it for breakfast on time I asked if we could have just something simple (like a coffee and croissant) sent to the room. They told me that would be charged separately and I was slightly disappointed in this as it is a 5 star hotel. It would have been a very nice gesture of the hotel.
6,3 Good
Pros: Room very clean and Big I booked two rooms for my family
Cons: Breakfast was not that good
7,1 Good
Pros: The location was in a decent area for what I was looking for. Right in the mix of town with easy access to shopping, pubs, and or bars. I felt that it was a pretty safe area to visit. People were friendly and staff was very helpful.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that it is listed as a "5-star". I believe this property is a 3 star maybe 4. Its a little outdated. Hotel slippers were not provided without a fee of 5 euros. Parking is defiantly not convenient. The way the room was designed was unusual. The tv could use an update. These are all personal dislikes that I have because i am a frequent traveler and these are my comparisons to other locations that I have stayed.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Simple and conveniently located.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is very well located right in the historic centre of Zaragoza. The rooms are basic but exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious; a simple continental buffet but all the products were of high quality and it was really enjoyable.
Cons: It's only a small niggle, but I would have preferred a glass partition in the shower rather than a plastic shower curtain.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was centre of town
Cons: Very noisy location - over priced room rate compared with all our other Spanish destinations. However it was the start of the Pilar festival which we did not know about. Noisy so did not get a lot of sleep.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent lots of bars/restaurants nearby
Cons: Breakfast !
6,3 Good
Pros: Central location in the old town. Very noisy from the street, you will need earplugs. The walls between the rooms are very thin, so you will hear the other guests talking.
Cons: Very noisy from the streets and very thin walls between the rooms.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good with a short walking distance to the beautiful monuments of the old town. Nice personnel, excelent breakfast,
Cons: Walls were very thin so could hear everything from next room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent shower. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast option. Great location
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good central location and comfy bed.
Cons: The first room I was given smelled of mould so I had them change my room. I think the lady on reception was having a bad day as she just grunted, sighed and handed me another key. The room key fobs are huge, So i just got into the habit of hanging back to reception every time I went out.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff, spotless clean room and perfect location in the center of the city with parking under hotel (for extra charge). Overall good value of money.
Cons: The ventilation is not working good enough. There was a constant smell of a stale air in the hallway. In the room it's possible to easily solve that issue by switching on a conditioner. But if you want to open a window, air just not flowing in. Besides, with open windows neighbors may see you. The bed needs to be changed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendliness, and cleanest smell (rooms)
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Curtains in the room were torn. No tissues, no shower cap. Breakfast was OK. This is a 4 star hotel but not a patch on the 2 4 star hotels I had stayed in earlier in the week
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms, comfortable bed. Central location
9,2 Excellent
Pros: average
Cons: cost of breakfast 14Euro is a bit much
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is well situated and provides easy access to anywhere in Zaragoza.it is close to many bars and restaurants
Cons: We were not sure if we were staying an extra night and let the receptionist know upon check-in. It would have been nice if she let know that the rate would go up by 10€ instead of being surprised when we told them we were staying an extra night. The man at reception finalized our bill that morning instead of at check-out.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillows were perfect! The staff were courteous and helpful especially at the front desk. Breakfast was a basic Spanish style buffet with bread, cheese, cold cuts, pastries. For the value it was fine.

Cons: Nothings
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, onsite parkingq
Cons: Rooms, whilst charming, are a little tired.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Booked a junior suite - not overly priced and hardly surprising when faced with the room. Small, enclosed, overlooked high rise flats with washing hanging out, dark, dismal, dirty and highly dated. We were moved to a larger suite which was at least bigger with a decent sized bed. However still desperately needs updating as does their website which does not reflect in the slightest.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Really helpful professional staff. Had gym (although small) and pool. Good central location. Nice clean room.
Cons: Can’t think of any issues.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Price vs quality. Old rooms, breakfast poor, service at breakfast poor. The price they charged including parking was 180 EUR. I am expecting more service for that money. Would not recommend this hotel!!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room Staff very obliging Fabulous location
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Although there was no hot water the first day, it had a proper quality/price ratio
7,5 Good
Pros: Undoubtedly the position smack in the center of the city is perfect. The staff was fine, the room clean enough and comfortable with storage space and a big bathroom.
Cons: The room price was very good, but being so central you have to consider adding to that price 17e per day if you have a car. You really have no other option so this ultimately impacts the price of the room. We stayed here for two nights, and on the second there was suddenly a persistent, very strong smell of broccoli. Seriously!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Had everything I needed for a short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Not an issue for me, but the restaurant at the hotel didn't seem to be operational so no breakfast on offer. However, there are plenty of cafes just around the corner.

Pros: Staff very friendly on arrival, check in process easy. Met at the room with a bottle of sparkling rose and chocolates, very nice touch. Rooms spacious and clean. Loved the bathroom, toilet and bidet separated with nice sliding door. Nice a quiet in and around hotel, a nice surprise as the hotel is on an industrial estate! Also great parking in a garage underneath the hotel!
Cons: Booked for a double room however got a twin room with beds pushed together a little inconvenient at night when sleeping as the gap is very noticeable. Toiletries not what was advertised on the photos, just a small bar of soap and a bottle of body wash/ shampoo which appears to be left/ used by previous people. Expected a little more from a 4* hotel.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location was great! It's right by a main street that has lots of shops. That main street eventually leads you to the Basilica del Pilar which is beyond breathtaking! It was pouring when we had to leave to catch our train so our concierge called us a taxi and it was there in no time! The concierge was also kind enough to give us information of what local attractions were open when we stayed. If you like like coffee and hotel coffee doesn't do it for you, there's a starbucks right next door, literally.
6,7 Good
Pros: Room space was big and quite
Cons: AC isnt working in the room and the TV channels are very limited and only in spanish. Also the reception took my credit card data at check in to secure thier room amenities !! This is not normal and didnt happen with me at any other hotel
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Position parking easy
Cons: Nit enough room to put 2 bags on floor
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: Bathroom door was noisy, creaking was disturbing if one gets up in the middle of the night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It wasn't particularly cheap but was worth the money. The hotel was very conveniently situated, in the town centre and near to the cathedrals and main shopping streets. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious
Cons: Nothing I can think of :-)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find if you’re driving; just pull up in front, turn on your emergency flashers and unload. Underground parking not far away. The hotel is on the edge of the “old town” area. Charming pedestrian walking areas with tons of restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful, room good size and clean.
Cons: Nothing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Just what we wanted! We travelled to Zaragoza by motorcycle from the UK and wanted a hotel that was central so we could walk to the bars and restaurants and this filled the brief perfectly. There was free motorcycling parking opposite the hotel which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful despite our lack of Spanish. The rooms were much larger than we expected. Clean and comfortable with air con that worked when required. The breakfast (part of the cost) was superb with plenty of choice. Overall this was an excellent hotel especially for the price. Highly recommended!
Cons: A hotel bar would have been nice, but there are lots within a short walk so this wasn't really an issue. Apart from that there was little else we wanted or needed.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great location! Good for a city break.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Best in terms of location, price, comfort, and most of all, staff assistance - Ampano at reception while we were there was amazing. She gave us excellent recommendations for dinners, for museums and day trips, and was most helpful in all regards - our thanks to her for making our stay in Zaragoza the best.
6,3 Good
Pros: Locatio
Cons: Air conditioned was turn off at our arrival. We could not turn it manually. Room hot

5,0 Okay
Pros: The main bed was very large and comfy. Free parking available on site. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Sofa bed was awful, was creaking every time you changed your position. The curtains from the rooms were full of holes and quite dusty. The toilet seat was full of scratches - this is not acceptable, it should be repleaced immediately. Only a tiny shower gel provided. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, very big and clean
Cons: The place, it’s in the middle of nowhere
6,0 Good
Pros: Considering that the hotel is rated at 4 stars, the breakfast was only considered adequate. Plenty of choice but nothing special for this grade of hotel. The room and public spaces were very good.
Cons: Our stay was let down by the restaurant. The area was described as a Lobby Bar. Not a restaurant. The choices on the menu were definitely not to a 4 star standard. The whole experience was spoiled by the lack of a designated restaurant and the basic menu.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lots of free parking. We had a friendly greeting from reception. We had eaten McDonalds...about 5-10 mins drive away so didnt need dinner. Room was a nice apartment large enough for our family of 4, with bedroom and fold out sofa bed in an adjoining open plan front room. Bathroom was clean, excellent shower. There was clean small kitchenette containing a microwave, stove and fridge. Fridge contained items for purchase; drinks, beer, juices, chocolate with a price list but one item was missing (crisps), we didnt buy anything. Some bathroom items were available, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Single beds were very comfortable, slept well. Sofa bed not so comfortable. Good buffet breakfast €7.50 for adults. Very good variety of continental foods with the hot sausage, scrambled eggs and bacon in limited supply. Bus stop is directly outside the hotel for non-drivers. Great room service meals, a bit pricey but very tasty!
Cons: Odd location, seems to be in the middle of a light industrial area but still a lovely hotel. Odd smell on entry to the apartment but an opened window soon cleared that up. Bathroom needs some minor repairs for a 4star establishment eg toilet door didnt close properly. People had to ask for plates and cutlery items too many times at breakfast. It was quite busy but its 4 star, staff should anticipate needs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic accommodation
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money and bus accessibility
Cons: My bed sheet was re used and cover the stain with my towel
7,9 Good
Pros: the space of the family room and the setup the extra wide bed free parking that we could check out an hour later
Cons: the distance from the high way, it's quite far into the logistic park no free water bottles in the room
6,7 Good
Pros: Large room Friendly staff
Cons: For a 4 star hotel, there is a lot of basics that you'd expect missing. For example there is a mini kitchen in the room however no kettle, cookware, utensils etc. Another example is the gym. There is a weights bench but no weights??? Also there is a 10 euro fee to use the sauna. For a '4 star' hotel I think this should be included.

Pros: Almost everything about this hotel was perfect, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. The underground public parking garage was conveniently located less than five minutes away and the hotel offered a discount. The hotel was a short walk to all of the major sites in Zaragoza. We would be happy to stay there again. Highly recommended!
Cons: Our only dislikes are that the WiFi internet was terribly slow and there was no coffee in the room.

Pros: The staff were excellent, on arrival one of the staff (Isabella?), saw us coming up the street and came out and helped my wife with her case, Very good service!! The next day our room aircon was faulty (a smell?), went to the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room, also they sent someone to assist us in the move. She arrived within minutes, another very good service deed. From our perspective, one of the hotel staff service have seen for awhile, excellent !!!

7,9 Good
Pros: Modern hotel, comfortable beds, plenty of variety at breakfast especially fruits, superb location for old town, friendly staff.
Cons: Were booked into a double instead of twin room - but quickly rectified.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were delighted with the room we were allocated as it looked directly onto the basilica - an absolutely priceless view! The room was very tastefully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy and the staff on the main desk were polite, charming and very helpful; offering suggestions about the best places to visit and where to find the best tapas in Zaragoza. The mini bar was great and we especially liked the fact that a half bottle of wine was available to purchase. The best thing of all about this hotel though was its location. It looks onto the river and is right next to one of the bridges that cross the Ebro. We could walk to bars, restaurants and most of the sights and there was a tram stop just a few steps away from the hotel entrance.
Cons: The only fly in the ointment here was the parking. Accessing the underground car park is tricky and once you're inside, spaces are narrow and short making for quite a stressful experience if you're trying to park a car that is even slightly larger than average.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel in a great location our room had a wonderful view of the Basilica and the plaza. Breakfast was superb. Staff also very helpful. We stayed one night on our way to Northern Spain and would have liked to stay longer.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I arrived late on a Sunday, the Hotel had zero to offer, not even room service or the bar. Nevertheless, they made up for all that with the room and breakfast in the morning as well as directing me to a few places around the hotel that would cater for my nocturnal habits. The Black Horse but no cherry tree, worth a visit for a thirsty man. The Hotel is so close to the Cathedral you could fall out of bed and be there. Wonderful in every way.
Cons: Nothing to eat or drink on arrival.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice, the view was of the cathedral—gorgeous! Beds were very comfortable. THere was a good amount of space in the room.
Cons: Parking is expensive, the restaurant was never open.

Pros: Centrally located. Clean room, comfortable beds. Elevator. On site parking.
Cons: Front desk woman was not helpful. The parking is on site but you need to go around the building through 2 small alleys and ring a bell to enter the underground garage. We asked her to repeat the directions and she got impatient. Also, when we asked the same woman for points of interest, she handed us a map and told us that the “tourist information” was a couple of blocks away and to go there.

Pros: Great location. Just across the bridge from the basilica and seo. Pretty decent breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: The hotel parking lot is very small. All full when we got there. Parking around the hotel is mission impossible. No where to park in front of the hotel to drop off luggage except for a handicapped space with scooter parked on the front end. Restroom is a modular unit in the room with a step up. Make sure you remember that in you wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
