Pros: Set in the heart of town, all of the points of interest were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, suggesting local cuisine and directing us to the proper times to dine. I recommend the mijas at Migueras about 4 blocks from the hotel. Although it doesn't open for lunch - the major meal of the day - until 1:30.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The property is very well situated, in the heart of the city. It has secure basement parking, easily accessible, and spacious. The hotel itself has a large foyer area with good sized rooms that are well appointed.
Cons: The breakfast was a little disappointing, although cheap. The rooms were not too well insulated so it was easy to hear others in nearby bedrooms. Being in the middle of the city be prepared for noise outside until quite late in the evening.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at the Silken Zentro many times and always enjoy it. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. We also like it because they have parking beneath so checking in and out is easy. It is a very modern hotel built on top of the ancient ruins that exist all over Zaragoza and that are on display through glass in this hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to town. No place to park in front of the hotel.
Cons: In booking.com, it said 1 bed and 2 beds is the same price; however, when we arrived there, they ask us to pay to get upgraded for 2 beds.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and had two sinks, which I liked.
Cons: The cover is a bit stiff.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is a few minutes off the motorway (we were on our way back to Bilbao). The room was large, very clean and very modern. Staff were helpful but economical with information
Cons: We checked in on a Sunday at 3.30. nothing was open, no bar or café so there was nowhere to get a drink or something to eat. When asked why not, the reply was a shrug of the shoulders and 'it is Sunday'. The bar/ café opens for lunch and dinner but nothing in the afternoon. This applies to Saturday as well. We were told that the café would open at 7 pm but when we arrived at the very obvious café it wasn't open. At 7.40 I asked at reception when it would open to be told the café wasn't that café but the restaurant had bar facilities. Owing to the very modern design, an atrium rising to 5 floors made of marble and concrete, the noise level through into the bedrooms was very intrusive from 6 am when a herd of Japanese tourists started to leave the hotel, this continued from then on Certainly a triumph of design over practicality
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is absolutely amazing and will exceed your expectations, ranging from staff to rooms. Rooms are huge and beautifully modern. Very quick to get to from the motorway which is great if you are on a trip.
Cons: Room was a bit hot and A/C was hard to regulate.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to. Plenty of parking, even for our Motorhome. Spacious. Rooms good. Bathroom very large with everything you could need supplied.
Cons: Food in restaurant, the selection was poor and very over priced, as no competition nearby they. could this. Air con in bedroom controlled. I do not like a hot/warm bedroom minimum was 19 degreesC. Road too noisy for open window

Pros: Everything
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Location. Comfortable and quiet room. Helpful man on reception.
Cons: Breakfast was like a rugby scrum. Far too many people for the size of the room. No clean cutlery available!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to walk and see the historic landmarks of Zaragoza. It is located about a block from a bus stop on a line that runs from the main train or bus station. The room was a great size for our family and was very clean. The breakfast offered at the hotel had more offerings than we had seen at other continental breakfasts in Spain, including special touches like homemade jams. The check-in/check-out process was very nice and easy.
Cons: The breakfast was very good, but the layout of the food and tables was a little crowded. Even so, it was delicious and well worth the wait in line.

7,9 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom and lovely hot water.
Cons: No coffee/tea making facilities. Mostly the noise from the street in the night. Barely stopping before 5am. We bought earplugs for our last night (Friday) but still couldn’t block it out. It’s ok if you’re wanting to enjoy the nightlife. But we needed some sleep after sightseeing and cycling for 2 days.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very central to everywhere
7,5 Good
Pros: Aside from the misgivings noted below, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Niccely l appointed and well located hotel.
Cons: UNFORTUNATELY upon arrival I find that the hot water system was out of action and the bar/restaurant was closed for renovations. Having booked in advance and not wanting to go searching for other accommodation, I persevered. A phone call, email or text might have been helpful.
7,1 Good
Pros: Restaurant closed. Not warned in advance. No breakfast.
Cons: No breakfast. Lack of warm welcome. Hotel seemed empty.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great, in the city center, really close to the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. The staff was great, the rooms really clean.
Cons: The only problem was that in 2 days there was no hot water so we had to shower with cold water. They said that the problem would be fixed, but still there was no hot water.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: +very good location, just in the city-center, everything is around +very friendly personal +Price-performance ratio +Hotel has it's own 10-minutes parking, to unload/load baggage +the room is not brand new, but clean and cosy, with good equipment.
Cons: - it was impossible to find a free parking, maybe because we were during Fiestas del Pilar in Zaragoza. We parked 2 km away. It has nothing to do with the hotel, as it has it's own paid parking and there is other paid parking in the center.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was in a great location in the old town

Hotel & Spa Real Ciudad De Zaragoza - Zaragoza - Building

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the room, staff, food, location of the hotel, secure parking, everything for an overnight stay travelling from the Costa Blanca to the ferry ports.
Cons: Not a thing.
7,5 Good
Pros: Overall the hotel is good and dinner was good value for money. We wanted to see Zaragoza but did not want to drive into the centre. The hotel is 7k out from the centre in an unprepossessing transport hub but there is a bus stop very close to the hotel with a bus service running every 30 minutes which took us very close to the main square for 1.35 euros each. The bus stop for the return trip was not clear we had to ask about it in the tourist information. It is about half a kilometre from where we had got off the bus, back over the Santiago bridge and passed a roundabout but, once we knew that, everything worked very well, making the location of the hotel actually very convenient. Dinner was good value at 15 euros but the restaurant area was a little bit soulless. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Cons: The hotel supplies a combined shower gel and shampoo which seemed to work fine but did not have any lather.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: secure parking. the bathroom was great as it had disabled facilities. breakfast was good and the reception lady spoke good english. explaning all the facilities that were available.
Cons: the only thing with the disabled shower, the water went everywhere could do with a curtain around it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Having gym was very handy. Also the Spa.
Cons: Surprising area... Need to mention two waiters at dinner time. It was a very busy evening and they were outstanding, always with smile.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff extremely friendly and attentive
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I like the breakfast money value of hotel ( prices )
Cons: I don't like the location , all big storages around you no space as long distance for walking and running sound of trucks are comment building quit old
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and restaurant is very well run. The room was a good size with a large king bed and very comfortable - there was a small bottle of prosecco and 2 chocolates as a welcome gift. The restaurant had a good menu and we really enjoyed our meal there at a reasonable price.
Cons: The only down side is that the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, so quite a lot of early morning traffic movement. It didn't affect our stay.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel very clean and right in the middle of the city - beds were fabulous - very comfy and the room was very good - breakfast was very good and the restaurant very clean
Cons: Parking is a NIGHTMARE !!!! We had to park the car over a mile away from the hotel and walk back - town centre parking is only for a few hours and is very very expensive !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7,9 Good
Pros: They gave us a room where by there is additional room! My friend and I are happy to have more room to ourselves.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast very, very poor, all what should have been hot food was all cold, staff not interested at all, to be perfectly honest both my wife and myself had a hot drink each an left, we found a service area some 15 minutes away from the hotel and enjoyed a good continental breakfast with hot drinks,
Cons: we found the staff in the restaurant very rude , food and wine all very poor, we both ordered the same food and left 3/4's of the meal, wine we ordered of the wine list was not available , the waiter offered a replacement wine , it was shocking we ordered a dry wine and were served a very sweet wine, I had one taste and left the whole bottle , again the waiter not interested in our complaint.

Pros: Great location, helpful staff and good facilities. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: We were given a room on the fifth floor below the gym and it was a bit noisy but the staff happily moved us to another room which was quiet.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location right next to historical centre. Very clean room, furniture was good quality. Good cupboard space. Room was well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, even decaf coffee pods, minibar (fridge). Lovely bathroom. Good range of toiletries supplied. Friendly staff. We did not have breakfast here so can't comment on it. Wifi worked well. Excellent location right by tram stop. Also buses nearby. A tourist office is just across the road. There was a supermarket that opened late nearby.
Cons: A little noisy as floors are not carpeted in rooms or hallways.

Cons: It was boiling hot in the room - in November! We had to ask for a fan......even with the window open all night. Apparently many other guests also complained.

Cons: Although the room was big there was no sitting area except at the desk. It would have been nice to have an armchair & a little table to relax when not working or sleeping.

Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: It was not clear the breakfast was not included in the price. Then to be charged 14 euros per person per breakfast (also not clear) was a shock. In a Spanish city renowned for its tapas the price was a joke.
