Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, convenient location—especially for train travelers—and spacious rooms. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dust and stains, and problems with noise both from inside and outside the hotel. Some guests also found the layout and elevator logistics inconvenient, and a few noted that the hotel feels dated in some areas. Overall, the positives of service, location, and room size stood out.
