Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional, and several reviews highlighted the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, a significant number of guests were disturbed by street noise and poor soundproofing, especially at night. Some also mentioned issues with the centralized air conditioning system, which could not be individually controlled, and a few noted problems with bathroom cleanliness and outdated facilities. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort stood out.AI-generated from customer reviews
