The hotel was being remodeled during our visit. Information about the remodel and inconvenience was communicated the day before our arrival. There was no information on the Hilton website. This provided no time to adjust plans. This was a deceptive move to gain and retain our two-room booking. Pros (+) We generally like Hampton Inn for its overall pleasant atmosphere and value. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) We were initially told WIFI wasn't working, only to find, on our own, that it was. The TV signal was intermittent and pixilated. The toilet ran continually during our entire stay.
