Great breakfast, pleasant/helpful staff (especially Rebecca), location, large bfast room with tv for daytime lounging. Sharon was quick to comp one night of our stay for room defects.
Sticky tile, immediately remedied when brought to attention of staff. Bathroom ceiling leak, so had a bucket on floor for 2 days. Noisy drive-through for restaurant next door outside window. Couldn't close the bathroom door.
Everything was great !
Easy access, restaurants nearby, clean, friendly staff & great breakfast!
Excellent location, comfy beds
Overpriced!!!!!!!!! Breakfast selection poor-no fruit left and no yogurt
The room was clean, especially the bathroom which appeared to be recently remodeled. The location was easy to access. The people were friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I have seen.
The parking lot had limited space for guest parking because the snow from the previous day had yet to be removed. I had to walk through a pile of snow and slush to reach the hotel. When I walked in the door there were three people at the front desk, two on computers and one on the phone. One girl on the computer finished what she was doing and walked away. The other girl kept working and never looked up. The person on the phone turned out to be the manager who apologized for making me wait. I stood there for three full minutes before anyone acknowledge my presence and would have stood there even longer if the manager hadn't finished her call. It turned out she was on the phone trying to get the snow cleared in the parking lot. Irregardless not acknowledging a customer is inexcusable, especially from the person who just walked away. At least acknowledge your customers! I was considering walking out but I would have gotten charged for my room.
