A very friendly hotel for a young family. The hotel is a little dated though charming overall. Excellent location, easy parking, pleasant view of the racecourse, clean garden for the kids to run around in (aside the tired garden toys), and a very nice renovated spa and pool. Will definitely come again.

Pros (+) Staff at check-in were friendly & efficient. My room was a good size and well presented. Bed linen was good quality. Lots of clean, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable value and at check-out everything was handled well. Plenty of car parking.
Cons (-) Beds were a little soft for my preference, and the bathroom decor/facilities were a bit outdated. Bathroom was clean though, and everything worked well.
