Dirty and very outdated!
Hotel room and bathroom were very dirty, wallpaper was hanging off the walls. Very very noisy hotel especially the stairs. Needs a lot of renovation.
Don't go if you expect a nice hotel
Very little. Was on a nice street and it was good it had a bar but that's about it. Really one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and would not recommend to Americans.
Rooms were like hostel rooms, the showe had no pressure and you had to stand in the corner to get under it, rough building, dated interior, awful bed.
The decor was fantastic
The evening meal in the reastaurant was excellent and very good value
location to city centre, staff friendly
neeeds a lot of tlc. windows replaced, showers replaced...very basic for the amount charged
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast food cold
Me and my son where very please with everything about this hotel. Room comfort was excellent, breakfast was extremly good, staff very helpful & the price was spot on.
The friendliness of all the staff and the cleanliness of the accomadion. Also the hotel itself was a lovely period house with Art Nouvea Decorations
Just what I have previously stated about the rooms being in what was called the Courtyard because one had to dash quickly into the main part of the hotel in wet weather.
The building itself - fantastic architechture and interior design. The welcome (generally excellent).
Breakfast was not top-notch but OK for the price
The hotel was a work of art and so different from the chain hotels i would normally stay in for that price
We liked the older style of the hotel, especially the ground floor and staircase.
too noisy, doors banging and people moving up and down the stairs, rooms need some sort of sound proofing.
absolutely tiny room, totally overheated, and staff could not even bring me an ironing board (which didn't fit in the room anyway!)
