Great location, friendly staff and good value. Although the room is not big, we shall return.

The location is excellent as it is closed to public transport and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful although most of them speak limited English. There's also public hot bath facilities in the hotel for men and women separately. Although the room is small, it is value for money.

Would definitely stay here again
They had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. I just sunk into it. Other than that, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the train station, less if you weren't carrying luggage, and that station was only a couple stops away from Yokohama station - great location.
I wish I had known the bed was the way it was. I would have booked an extra night or two. The only complaint I have - and this isn't really a complaint - is that you could tell that it was an older room. It was clean but you could also see the occasional scuff on the wall. That sort of thing.
