4,6 Okay
Cons: The attitude of the staff is very poor esp the man in the frontdesk on 28th December 1 am He is very rude to my wife when she ask him for sugar Overall very poor staffs
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff working at the front desk do not provide a friendly service. They are irresponsible because they do not care about our experience. The check out day, they know that we were waiting for the airport shuttle bus. And we waited ahead of the scheduled pickup time at the lobby for one hour. We were informed they already left and the front desk guy showed “it is none of my business” when we asked for alternative solutions.
Cons: The front desk male staff
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was very good.
Cons: Sausages not so good.

Pros: I was transiting and had a long layover. I liked the location near Shopper's Drug Mart and the downtown. The view of nature from the 8th floor was beautiful. The staff at the front desk - especially William - was professional and friendly.
Cons: It was all good.

Coast Fraser Tower - Yellowknife - Building

5,4 Okay
Pros: Spacious room with kitchen and eating area. Comfortable bed with extra blanket. Staff is very helpful. Quiet location.
Cons: When we arrived, the room door was ajar. The bedroom window was cracked open so the room was cold. There was left-over pizza in the microwave, coffee in the coffeemaker, clothes in the bedroom, two dozen cigarette butts in the snow on the balcony. Furniture is old (except the bed). The guest computer is old and slow: it apparently runs on a really old version of windows...

7,0 Good
Pros: Booked a three person room but sofa bed was broken. We were offered another room on the same floor for the third person. WiFi improved and is working strongly this time - last time when I visit the WiFi was not working during my entire 4 days of visiting. Location of the hotel is wonderful - everywhere is walking distance!
Cons: Cleanliness can improve. The furniture are getting quite old and broken as well. Our room was placed with amenities for 2 people instead of 3. Need to grab a set of everything ourselves and no house keeping person available at night.
7,7 Good
Pros: Not having seen comparable hotels in the town it is impossible to judge. On line pricing would place it in the middle. Everyone on the front desk was very helpful.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Our room was next to the lift which was noisy and went up and down all night especially at 2am when people returned from viewing the aurora. Front desk staff weren’t helpful about the situation. Also had an early flight and didn’t offer anything to us to compensate for our breakfast as we were too early. The bed was also really small and the room cramped.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free airport pick up and drop service, friendly customer service for 24hr, safety security, their lobby is an all tour agencies’ pick up place.
Cons: Little bit cold in the room but they give an extra blanket.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A few mistakes (minor) were made but as soon as it was brought to their attention, they fixed it right away.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed and it's right down town.
Cons: Staff weren't so welcoming. Freezer needs to be check if there are working.
7,0 Good
Pros: Centrally located. In the winter it is nice that you can access the mall from inside so you don’t have to go outside if it’s -45 degrees!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It ihad been clean, good located and just priceworthy before I met Heather. Last day in Yellowknife I tried to go to the airport at 3am for 6am flight, Heather noticed me that the airport is closed until 4am. She helped me to take a short rest at lobby sharing her own tea and great classical music though she was busy caring guests even at 3am. I will remember Yellowknife for Aurora and Heather!
6,3 Good
Pros: Location of the hotel is good.
Cons: The sophistic cabinet is bulky engaging in the room.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Hotel included a wonderful breakfast but it only started at 8am. On our second day we had to leave by 7.30 and this missed breakfast. Most places run their breakfast from 6-10
5,4 Okay
Pros: Bed was ok
Cons: The price was too high for a very basic room

7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The night desk manager in the newsboy cap sucks. Super rude to me and yelled at 15 yr and 3 yr old kids. Said they were running up and down halls while they looked for the vending machines (I dont think they even have any??) at 10PM. The hallway floors are so creaky and hollow sounding that my 3 yr old nephew walking normally sounds like stomping. Will not stay here again if I can help it. The rest of the stay was good though.

Cons: The hotel was very noisy, adjacent room noise very loud inside the room. The room was too hot and extremely dry, to the point of discomfort. 4,6 Okay
Pros: Close to shopping
Cons: Smoking in rooms
8,0 Excellent
Pros: very helpful staffs but the building is old. location is well and everything is nearby.
Cons: old building
8,8 Excellent
Pros: the room was clean! But a little old. The bed was fine, firm enough. The towels were thin and old, but clean. There is plenty of space. For two nights it’s fine. The location was fine. Not close enough to really get outside the town to aurora watching spots, but there are plenty of taxis to drive you out if you want, and my wife and I did walk late at night about twenty mins to a kind of park by a lake and watched some aurora slightly showing, and were excited... and the next day we could walk easily to the nearby interesting museum about the Northern Territory and First Nation culture and history etc., and to another small lake, and to a supermarket, and so on. The staff were friendly and helpful and someone is there all night. There are signs in more than once place saying “No marijuana please!”
Cons: This hotel is fine, really, but it is old: the bathroom washbasin has rust marks where the porcelain has been eaten away, and the hot water gets hot immediately, but decreases, so you have to keep turning it up/on/stronger. The shower is strong enough and hot immediately, but the neck by the shower head has a damaged point where water sprays out above and arch’s down distractingly when you try to wash your face in there.
7,1 Good
Pros: Capacious room. Good location. Refrigerator
Cons: Not so clean, bad smell. Too hard to go up to 3rd floor without elevator.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendiness of staff, and central liocation
