Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many highlighting its proximity to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which left a positive impression on many visitors. However, several guests raised concerns about cleanliness, with reports of dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and a lack of regular housekeeping. Safety was also a recurring issue, as some guests felt uneasy due to the presence of non-guests and incidents involving the local homeless population. Overall, while the location and staff received positive feedback, cleanliness and safety were notable areas for improvement.
