I wasn't expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would expect that management keeps guests feeling safe. We were there for 6 nights to visit my daughter and watch her graduate from Boston Univ. with her Masters. In those 6 nights, we watched 1 person carried out on a stretcher from a drug overdose, I was told he was dead. Another evening I had to go to the front desk and demand they call the police on a ...

Pros (+) The hallways and elevators were not clean. Guests were not wearing masks and not social distancing. The a/c hardly cooled the room. The guests in the next room were yelling a lot. When I went outside to walk my dog, a man threw a bottle at my head. We immediately packed, told the front desk we were leaving, and left for another hotel. It was late at night by that time.
Cons (-) Everything. However, the front desk employees were very understanding, very pleasant at arrival, and just all around very nice people.

Cons (-) The group of like 50 chinese teenagers who were making noise on our stage until 2 in the morning. I knocked at their doors 3-4 times before going to the front desk and ask for help. Not the hotel's fault, I know, but a crappy night

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near target and several decent restaurants.
Cons (-) The pool that was advertised here, and on the site, was closed and there was no indication that this would be the case. I specifically chose the hotel for that reason. The hotel itself is one of those red neon-lighted places, and looks nothing like the picture. Very dingy and tired place.
