Pros (+) The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were newer and clean. Good central location and convenient access to Legoland.
Cons (-) Only thing I didn't like were the pillows. I sleep at home with a memory foam pillow and I regret not taking it with me. Their pillows were puffy but no support.

Pros (+) The room was clean and painted a lovely shade of blue. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the free shuttle service to Legoland.
Cons (-) Although kids eat free, the food is not worth eating. It should be a crime to serve orange juice from concentrate in a central FL hotel. The restaurant is an extension of the lobby and suffered from the room deodorizer used in that area. It made the food even more unappetizing. The AC in the room was so loud that we chose to sleep with it off. Lighting throughout the hotel was too dark.
