6,0 Good
Pros: Everything OK, bit dated
Cons: Double instead of single bed although single room. No soap or shower gel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are all polite and friendly, rooms modern and comfy.
Cons: No Wi-Fi in the room and mirror could do with being on the dresser not the windowsill.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, clean, great value for money including the food menus. All this includes the fantastic location near the sea front and shops.
Cons: It all well and good providing a key for the bedroom. However, isn’t it common sense to provide a key for the main door that’s locked late at night? The night staff took 20 minutes to answer the door and she were very argumentative when I asked why it took so long to answer the door after I’d rang the bell several times and I phoned but NO answer. My second complaint. There’s a new member of staff who doesn’t like old time music which I was KINDLY providing by playing the piano and singing. He asked me to stop when it’s down to the distression of the other residents who kindly asked me to continue and they put in a complaint about Mel the new member of the staff. Sure enough if it were late at night, this would be acceptable if I were asked to stop performing.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great room, super location, exceedingly good value for money.

Cons: Temperature of room was very warm. The mattress. The small bed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was situated right in the middle of everything
Cons: The floors creaked so much it was very noisy
7,0 Good
Pros: Decent breakfast Very helpful staff This is the third sentence, Really, I'm just filling in space here. I have no idea why this box has a word count, but I'm going to roll with it. I like spoons. I like to touch the rusty spoons with my long fingers.
Cons: Once, I travelled to a small town in kent, for work. I lodged the lads who were working for me in B&B, but the owner would only take cash, so, after travelling back to Exeter to the office, I had to drive up the next day to give this woman cash. Then, our site got robbed of a trailer. This has no bearing on this hotel whatsoever.
9,0 Excellent

Cons: no wardrobe in bedroom
7,5 Good
Pros: It is ok. However, I did not received any messages from the Managment of this property until I arrived to it. So I spend a half an hour to contacted them several times in order to get the code of the main door and room. It was a very cold and windy.
Cons: The Managment is a very bad. The property is alright.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location by the new pier. Very personable well kitted out rooms excellent value for money.
6,0 Good
Pros: Whilst this is a typical 'boarding house.' the owners have tried hard to make it comfortable and it provided a good base for a couple of days break. In particular the breakfast was well presented and freshly cooked; even the beans were warm! It is a little out of town and on a back street, but this made for a quieter location and a short walk quickly brings you into the centre of things. We like Weston, but accomodation is limited and we have been disappointed before, but we would certainly use this guest house again. Well done and keep it up!
Cons: Parking is always a problem, but we understood this in advance and were able to park in the street not too far away. The room was also a little compact, and storage limited with only a set of draws and hooks on the wall, but no wardrobe. For this reason only we could not recommend it for longer stays, but for a short break it isn't a problem. We were a little worried about the amount of 'knick knacks' around the room as we were afraid of breaking them, but we appreciate the effort the owners made to make the room as attractive as possible. However, these are small points and should not deter anyone from using the accomodation.
6,3 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, easy going
Cons: Bit cluttered
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the politeness and consideration of staff, the good food and value for money.
Cons: Nothing

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service from the hotel and restaurant staff. Very welcoming and informative. Peaceful, lovely room and good amenities.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff at the Spa
1,0 Poor
Pros: The food was amazing
Cons: Cleanliness of the room was appalling Pictures attached of dead flies, rubbish user the bed and dirty tray
5,0 Okay
Cons: The website suggests classic charm but the reality is a lot more kitch, and I was really disappointed. We stayed in the superior suite. Also, I expected room service at that price and we barely had service. Didn’t end up going for breakfast even though it was included, as it was my partners birthday and we really didn’t feel like going back to the dark restaurant with strange decor. We stayed in another manor in buckinghamshire the night before and were given bottled water, slippers and gowns, we were able to have a lovely breakfast in our room as well as friendly room service the night before and for price for that room was the same. I really don’t feel that we got what I paid for and it was a real shame as it was a special occasion. The website should reflect the taste more accurately as this was more mini Vegas than charming.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely and stylish room, beautiful sorroundings, good food. English breakfast made to order. Big parking. It even has a Tesla charger. We’ll be going again.
Cons: A bit long outdoor walk between rooms and the restaurant. M5 is next to it but it’s not too noisy at night with closed windows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and bedroom was lovely
Cons: Could have done with water in the bedroom
5,0 Okay
Pros: The rooms were okay, beds were comfortable and had a small balcony which was a bonus.
Cons: It was very misleading - when it is listed as a manor house and spa you expect to be staying in or near a manor house with spa facilities included. This was neither. We didn't even see the manor house, not sure if it is still there to be honest. The restaurant was also very overpriced and the food very poor. We were told by the receptionist that we would need to book ASAP as it was "filling up quickly", so we booked, only to arrive to a completely empty restaurant (which was actually just the enormous function room). Being tricked into booking the restaurant and then the food being so poor was very disappointing and left a bit of a bitter taste.

4,0 Okay
Pros: excellent location free parking nice breakfast
Cons: No heating , had to rely on a little plug in heater. Two beds pushed together with hard ridge running up the middle, very uncomfortable. i agree with helping the environment ( not supplying water in plastic bottles etc) but if you are going to leave glasses make sure they are clean. Everywhere could do with TLC.

Cons: The guest house was adequate, clean, reasonable just didn't enjoy being woke up at 2.15 am by the doorbell being rung. Towels and bedding were not very good.

Pros: The host was lovely and very accommodating she cooked a wonderful breakfast. Parking is ample.
Cons: The room was super tiny for 2 adults and a baby. Definitely in need of renovation and upgrading the decor is tired and im not sure that was a full sized double as it was really tiny. Location is ok if you dont want to be on the beach front however it is situated on a very busy crossroad.
