Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions, hospitals, and stores. Many found the beds comfortable and some rooms spacious and clean. However, opinions on cleanliness and service were mixed, with several guests reporting issues such as noise, slow or unhelpful service, and inconsistent housekeeping. A recurring complaint was the extra charge for parking, which many guests felt was not communicated clearly or was too expensive. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out as positives, there were notable concerns about value, noise, and amenities.
