The staff received positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as very good, with a wide selection, though a few guests noted limited vegan options or items not being replenished. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others felt they were too small or not ideal for taller people.
