Hotel is tired. Carpets in halls filthy. Advertised hot breakfast was coffee, toasted bread and bagels. No brown bread. Staff gave lame excused. No reduction in room rate.

Pros (+) Comfortable, We had a Jacuzzi suite. We had a good time the room was OK.
Cons (-) We found paraphernalia from the inside of cigars on the night stands. We also found cobwebs and dirt pouring out of the air conditioner under the window. And at 3:00 p.m. After all the house cleaning staff was gone we were in bed sleeping I heard a knock at the door didn't respond because our do not disturb light was on and I heard another knock and then all the sudden somebody just comes quietly ...

Pros (+) This is myself and Husband's second time staying at your beautiful hotel. The property is real beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. The next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) I do not like that your hotel does not have an indoor pool.

Pros (+) Jacuzzi tub in the room. Honeymoon suite was lovely. Really large room.
Cons (-) The bed was a little uncomfortable. Any movement at all translated to an earthquake.
