Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, worn carpets, and maintenance problems like peeling wallpaper and broken fixtures. Service is also a common concern, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful front desk staff, slow check-in, and billing errors. Breakfast is often described as subpar, with limited options and early ending times. While some guests appreciate the room size and location, the overall experience is mixed due to these recurring issues.

Hotel is tired. Carpets in halls filthy. Advertised hot breakfast was coffee, toasted bread and bagels. No brown bread. Staff gave lame excused. No reduction in room rate.

Pros (+) Comfortable, We had a Jacuzzi suite. We had a good time the room was OK.
Cons (-) We found paraphernalia from the inside of cigars on the night stands. We also found cobwebs and dirt pouring out of the air conditioner under the window. Pros (+) This is myself and Husband's second time staying at your beautiful hotel. The property is real beautiful! The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels. The next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) I do not like that your hotel does not have an indoor pool.
