Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and attractions, as well as the friendly and professional service from staff, especially at the front desk. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms generally adequate for short stays. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the selection and others finding it underwhelming. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues in bathrooms.
