Cons:The two rooms we rented had a smell of paint. They had no phones, no garbage cans. The two beds seemed small. They were covered with plastic. Our family was not happy in these rooms. We could not even find ice. We would never stay here again.
Cons:Requested double room. First room assigned was single bed. Moved to double room where tv started smoking and room smelled like electrical fire, also had beetle crawling along floor. (They rented this room to another family within hours of tv almost catching fire) Third room had no fridge or microwave as advertised.. Ice machine wasnt working. Stains on sheets,writing on bathroom door. If we could have gotten a refund we would have moved to another facility. Staff was friendly however acted like we were a burden when we requested to be moved, also at check out person at counter did not know computer system and we had to wait for another staff to return. We will never stay here again and likely never use kayak again.

Cons:The room was dirty and smelled. The rug looked 50 years old and stained everywhere. The security lock was removed . We called to try cancel and leave but it was too late. They changed our room and the second one was slightly better but security lock was also removed !!!! I have stated at many budget hotels and I am not too picky but this was the worst !!! They should not be allowed to list just for security concerns
Pros:Front desk gave us a second SINGLE cup pack of coffee. Manager sent housekeeping after complaining about not having fresh towels-toilet paper-coffee & trash removed at 4pm.
Cons:Bad smell in room. Leaning bed. Bathroom walls need repaired. Had to complain to manager at 4pm about not having housekeeping come do anything. Didn't get the room I booked !!! Loose dirt on carpet. Remote didn't work.
Pros:It was adequate as a place to sleep while attending a lacrosse tournament because the only time spent in the room was for a few hours at night.
Cons:A few bugs crawling around.
