Pros: The thoughtfulness of the proprietors. The heat pump had been switched on just prior to our arrival, therefore the room was lovely & warm on a very cold day. That to me is service, something so small but thoughtful. Very nice breakfast served.

Cons: There were no net curtains which meant if we pulled the curtains to look at the day people could see straight in. We would suggest placing a small 2 seat couch opposite the bed as only having to chairs to sit on in the lounge area didn't allow you to quite relax properly.

Pros: I didnt order breakfast but found that you only got milk day you arrived and other hotels Ive been in recently in the hawksbay; in Christchurch and provided milk every day. I did like the electric blanket which has been in all motel, hotels Ive been in and it being warm when I got there. The lady in charge of hotel very sociable and caring, the partner needs to check his attitude to sell their hotel is a focus he should keep; as to see what could hinder anyone wanting to go back there - he is one of them.

Cons: most motel, hotels Ive been in @ $99 a night have what I found in the room including milk everyday. service is everyday, which I saw wasnt done, towels are changed and new ones given, cofee choclate biscuits etc are replaced. The view out the window was a graveyard which I think the amount charged is high with a view like that out your window, and should be lowered. I hope the feedback will help.
