5,0 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, centrally located and well staffed.
Cons: Nope. We liked it all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Check in process was easy. Lobby was clean and well designed. Elevators were fast and efficient. Room was clean and quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Room service food was good. This is a truly excellent location for events at the Connecticut Conference center, which is directly connected to the hotel. Parking garage rules allow you to keep your car parked until 6 pm the day of your checkout for no additional cost, which is great for business travelers like me.
Cons: Overall I had a great experience. Only nitpicks were that parking garage used by hotel wasn't directly connected, so you do have to walk outside briefly to access it (which could be an issue for some people if the weather is really bad). They have valet parking, but at the time of my check-in, they only had one driver at the valet, so I parked my car myself rather than wait 10-15 minutes. Again, these are very minor issues.

Pros: The staff at this hotel were spectacular. The most friendly, helpful and customer oriented I've experienced outside of 4 and 5 star properties.
Cons: The rooms, while spacious and clean seemed a little outdated in decor and some of the amenities were a bit cheap, like the in room coffee (horrible). The TV reception was also fuzzy on many of the upper channels. Not deal breakers but below expectations.

The room bathroom was dirty to be honest it needs to be remodeled because their appliances are old and the heater have a foul smell when turned on. 8,8 Excellent

6,7 Good
Pros: Price was good. Sleep able for one night
Cons: Air somehow wasn't that nice in the room No breakfast really just coffee
5,4 Okay
Pros: While the hotel room was bare-bones (exactly 1 soap, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 floor mat for a room with 2 beds), it was clean and without blemish. The AC works well enough to keep the air circulating on a cool night.
Cons: We stayed on a Saturday night and the some 3-8 guests in the area were loud 11:30pm-2am. Cigarette smoke bellowed in through the AC, rooms on all sides had doors that slammed every time anyone went in/out of their rooms. Would not stay at that location again.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Having to pay 37.00 extra to have what should be a necessity (Fridge and microwave) was absolutely ridiculous!
Cons: The room set up nothing was ready! We had to get a different room that we didn’t even book because they weren’t ready to give one.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was centric to all the places that I had to go to.. CLEVE the front desk employee assisted in getting me to another room upon my request. Thank you Cristian for your joyful spirit.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed where comfy, bathroom nicely clean, room large enough with a tv on the wall, the employees where polite and great
Cons: The curtain can’t completely hide the windows they stop a lot before so you have a lot of sun that come in. Breakfast place was extremely small and not much choice
7,1 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Front desk personnel were wonderful. Despite the cold weather outside, the room stayed comfortable without even using the heater.
Cons: Decor of hotel could definitely use an upgrade. A few large stains on hallway carpet. Breakfast area was small with a limited selection. Heating unit worked too well, having turned the room into an oven even with the temperature set at 65. I wound up just keeping it off. Water pressure was very low.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The experienced was ruined by ticks in my bed!
Cons: Manager was of no help and told me I could have brought the bugs inside the room!!! Don't they know that ticks carry lime disease? I can't believe how much she did not care!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful. Beds could have been firmer, for good support. Complaint: Bathroom was not clean, sink and toilet.... Size not the matter, lack of cleanliness does. Thank you for asking
Cons: Written above paragraph

5,0 Okay
Pros: Very nice friendly gentleman at check-in.
Cons: Loud talking and doors slamming in hallway til 2am by group of teenagers across from my room. Bed covers and sheets were very wrinkled appeared to have not been changed from previous guests. Coffee machine still had a previously used coffee bag inside.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: The only staff member there that was pleasant was Thomas at night. All of the other ladies gave me an attitude and a hard time the entire time I was there. Someone went into our room even though the do not disturb sign had been on it all day. My husband and I work all day and the kids are in school, and then they locked us out of the room saying I owe them 300 more dollars to be let into my room. They charged us way more then they said it would be. We were told it wouldn't be a problem to pay cash, but it turned out to be an extremely huge problem. We checked out 2 days early because of all the issues, and they are now still trying to charge my credit card every day. For outrageous amount of money, I get an email every time they try to charge me. Unbelievable. Do not stay here
5,8 Okay
Cons: The breakfast room was overcrowded and noisy. But food was OK.
7,0 Good
