Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Service was excellent.
In formation about the area. Concierge didn’t know directions to the Wadsworth Atheneum, a major museum just blocks nearby.
A-Z great experience!
All staff very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door- no question too small and staff was skilled at efficiently handling any questions or concerns (I had not booked the room option e the breakfast as I intended and staff quickly made the changes and I was good to go)
I did not have any bad experiences
Doorman was most helpful. Room was clean & mattress super comfortable. Donna in the lounge was very accommodating with food service very late at night!
Club breakfast would have enjoyed a 10:00am closing.
Super friendly staff, amazing beds, awesome indoor pool.
Nothing....Everything was great
Wonderful and Accomodating Staff
I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing stay at this Hilton. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my baby. The rooms were comfortable.
