Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Yellowstone National Park and local amenities. Many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with some highlighting spaciousness and useful facilities like laundry. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast options and occasional service issues, such as missing amenities or unhelpful staff. Noise from neighboring rooms and thin walls were also noted. Despite some negative experiences, most guests appreciated the value and convenience offered by the hotel.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, we were really close to everything and their was a laundry facility with washers & dryers to use for no charge. This was such a wonderful help, allowing us to do our laundry for our extended vacation, and it was free to use. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
Cons (-) I didn’t have any complaints and don’t feel anything needs to be changed.
Pros (+) This is our 3rd time staying at the Gray Wolf Inn and we love it. It's in the perfect location in West Yellowstone - close to the park entrance, an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and right across the street from the Grizzley and Wolf Discovery Center. The rooms are all very nice size, very clean and nicely decorated. The efficiency rooms are very large and offer a good sized kitchenette wit...
Cons (-) My only complaint is that I wish the hours for breakfast were a little longer or that they would provide room service for breakfast.
