Pros (+) Location location location! Right on rt. 28 in yarmouth makes everything in the area accessable. New cabana barcand grill at the outdoor pool was a nice touch.
Cons (-) The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, one ice machine was out of order, the other was more often than not out of ice.
Pros (+) The breakfast cafe was fast and super good! Indoor pool / hot tub was fun after a long day and there was a bar upstairs.
Cons (-) It was old and kind of dirty, hairs on sheets at checkin, spilled cereal on the floor that wasn't ours.

Cons (-) AC unit in room rather loud. indoor pool would be great for laps but cord is up across middle of length cutting in half and kids playing in both sides. can do laps if wait until 11 pm when kids are out, so 10 to 11 pm, or swim sideways width of pool is possible but = short laps.
