Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many enjoying the proximity to attractions and scenic views. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, are highlighted as a major plus, especially for families. Breakfast receives frequent positive mentions for its variety and quality. Friendly and helpful staff contribute to a pleasant stay, and the range of amenities, including fire pits and game rooms, adds to the overall experience. However, some guests note that the property and rooms are dated, noise can be an issue, and value for price is sometimes questioned.

Pros (+) The facility was awesome, the room was nice sized. I didn’t feel crammed in. It was very big, the breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot I could eat due to food restrictions.
Cons (-) The people in the room next to us were VERY loud. Slamming door and kill yelling and screaming at all hours.

Pros (+) The location on the water was nice.
Cons (-) Breakfast was included but lacking. Maid service was incomplete, only made one of the beds and left the other.
