The maids need to be trained on how to clean a room an cockroaches shouldn't be in the room either being charged for cookingware?is ridiculous i hope i can get recomped for my stress money spent nothing hell you dont get no breakfast either

Pros (+) Nothin when I got there they told me all rooms were occupied but I thought that's why I booked it in first so I had to look for another hotel in the snow
